Worst checker I have been too . Order my food 10 min latter I get home my order was wrong I call them to make sure when I get there my food it’s ready like that I can just walk up . Because car service it’s always back up but no answer only voice mail I try calling 4 time and nothing … this store needs some heavyweights management

I am very upset, I love the funnel cake fries and this what yall give me for what I paid for!? This is so sad and disappointing. I just came from this location tonight and this what I was served. I’ve worked in fast food myself and I would never 👎.

After two days, I returned to convey my previous experience - in which I received the wrong order. The lady on duty was kind by giving me what I originally ordered. I’m a happy big back.

If you try to use the walk up window around 3 PM on a Friday morning, their music will be very loud inside and if you don’t yell your order at them, they will give you a nasty attitude. Definitely not getting any service from me in the future. Very nasty ladies.

Terrible costumer service, I wasn’t even acknowledged at the drive through. I am a DoorDash driver and it was time consuming to wait and not even say how can I help you?. The guys name is William and he said he was the manager who know if that is even true but the guy was very rude from the begging. I explained to him that I needed to take a picture of the order before confirming the order which he went ahead and screams at me and stated to confirm the order even though I had already told him something. He closed the window did not give me the order and proceed to be rude again. I told him that it was very rude of him and I needed to speak with a hire up. Disappointed at the costumer service! This location has a 3.5 starts no wonder why. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

So disappointed. I paid $5.40 for a large chocolate milkshake. And it was the smallest milkshake I ever saw. Paid $1.50 for an apple pie but the website says it's a $1. I think all drinks and milkshakes should have the number of Oz displayed with the price. Example. Small 16 oz medium 20 oz large 32 oz. So I won't feel like a complete idiot spending over $5 on a 16 oz milkshake believing I'm actually getting a large. And this AI order system. Is the worst thing ever invented. I'm not a computer so I don't talk to computers. I want to speak to people. If I'm giving my money to a person I should be placing my order with a person. Point blank period. The future is only getting worse. You shouldn't call anything classic if you can't do it the classic way.
