Waited for close to 10 minutes at the drive through window, fries were soggy and cold and the chicken bites were stale and clearly old. Food was missing from our order and the buffalo chicken was regular (see picture below). Worst of all me and my partner watched a lady grab fries with her bare hands for someone else’s order! Me and my partner are managers at a restaurant so we get that things happen in the food industry but this was possibly the most unsanitary and unprofessional visit to a fast food place we have ever had. Checkers is good but please never go to this location unless you want grubby bare hands messing with your food.

Horrible unprofessional, I ordered sweet tea and the Sweet tea they give me was it sweet my burger was all Slimy all juicy they didn’t even put the tomatoes The lettuce and the pickles right They look like they were in a rush to make my order and I was driving through. I seen them outside smoking. I don’t even know if they wash their hands. I don’t want no one messing with my food and they washing their hands while I’m eating it.

Second time eating checkers, automated drive thru order, in getting a last minute call from my son I added a small fry at the window. They charged me $3 more than a combo which would have also come with a drink...and I was told to drive around for another pass to pick up, where three others served which looked like larger orders. Food was uneatable without a plate fork and knife, due to being soaked in hot sauce. Small fry was smaller than any I had ever seen. I'm not from the south, so checkers is new to me. Fast food is usually not my thing maybe 1 or two times a year..sad I choose this time and place to try checkers again.
If you’re an Uber Eats driver they purposely ignore you. Went to pick up an order last night for a customer, walked up to the window and a girl with colorful hair and piercings saw me and just ignored me. Waited until she looked at me again and started waving. Finally someone opened the window and told me they were working on the order. Meanwhile, there’s a guy sitting on top of one of the counters doing nothing and there was one car in the drive thru. 10 minutes later I got the customers order.Hey Checkers, these are your customers we are picking up for. So you ignoring us and taking longer on purpose is bad for YOUR business. Customers who order: this is why your order takes so long. These fast food people are petty and lazy.

Bro what the hell. I have walked up to try and buy multiple times now. I'll be waiting at the window 15-20 minutes while they are taking car orders like no tomorrow. This has happened the last 3 separate times I came here. Scrolling through the reviews it makes sense that this place will never get better. If you value your time please PLEASE stay far away from this Checkers. THE worst service I ever experienced, repeatedly. Anyone running this place should be fired immediately. Find something you are actually good at rather than robbing people of valuable time.
