I would give zero stars if I could. Sat here waiting 30 minutes for a pickup order around 1am on 2/9 ( being specific about the time and date so hopefully management can pinpoint which employees literally ignored me while socializing with other guests and not making any food).I know it’s Checkers and not some fancy steakhouse or something but dang, I at least expect my food to be made within 45 minutes of it being ordered and sitting and waiting at the store for 30 minutes. Or at least some kind of explanation and not being waived off multiple times by the staff.DO NOT GO HERE!

Place does not take regular orders. We drove all the way here to place an order only to be met with having to do an online order on doordash. Very dissapointing. I don't understand the logic by that and I wish it would already be on Google so we didn't waste our time.

I have been sitting waiting to even reach the drive thru window for almost 30 minutes ? terrible. Finally got to the window and they didn’t have my food ready nor my order right ? there was a lady going off and ranting as well. Last time here. Food was good though and David had wonderful customer

Not a fan of up charges, that's not explained at ordering. Your shakes are much smaller but charge more than the other fast food restaurants. Don't think I'll be back for a while.

Worker opened the window to give a customer a straw and asked me, who was in front of the, to wait while she serviced the drive Thur. I and another customer waited for over 10 minutes in 90 something degree heat. I left but the other customer was waiting for his food over 20 minutes in the heat. Horrible service. Cars have air conditioning. I would think to help those in the heat first. Be careful before someone pass out. There was a third person waiting but he left once he noticed we were waiting a while. Horrible service. Stay away you may drop dead before you get service or your food. I was not in the drive thru.. I was standing at the window in the heat. If I was in a car I would have waited.
