I was in the passenger seat of my friends car and we went to checkers expecting a good experience yet that is the opposite of what I received. A girl with big lashes black hair (don’t know her name) was rude to me and my friend unprovoked. I didn’t expect this. The food was alright.

Went this morning at like 1am for a big back burger and boy did they deliver! I had that big glos beau ford and it was an incredible gooey cheesy masterpiece! I felt really bad for the two guys working two drive thrus with a long line and they were also very sweet. Please close one side for you guys when it’s like that, working yourselves too hard, people can wait. Thank you! I appreciate you. And that sea salt caramel shake wow!

Service was inadequate, if any, and the food was put together haphazardly. It fell apart while i ate it and had to dispose of it quickly because I was so angry.

Alex is an amazing young man who gives the best customer service, very polite very helpful, he makes sure the food is fresh, in a timely matter, i just love him and mr. elias, these two are the best !!!!

Not so good, used the drive thru and they did not give me my complete order. I did not get a sandwich that I ordered. I asked the guy, is everything in the bag and he confirmed yes. When I got home, I was short a burger sandwich. And he did not give me my receipt. The food was good but my daughter stood with out her burger. Very disappointing. The team at the drive thru needs to do better. How many other people do they do this too???

This location is an absolute disaster. I came to buy dinner for my family while on vacation and left with nothing but frustration. I arrived at 9 PM and ordered two meals—a chicken bite box and two cheesesteak empanadas. After paying, the employee told me it would take 6 minutes to cook, which was fine since I expected fresh food.
But after waiting 10 minutes, nothing. I figured maybe they were busy, even though only two cars were behind me. At 20 minutes, still no food. I called an employee, who told me they couldn’t find the empanadas and actually didn’t have any left. He said I could either get a refund or choose something else. I asked for a refund, and the manager (who already had a rude attitude) told him to tell me the refund would take 2 days.
I asked for proof, but she claimed they had no receipt paper—red flag number one. I insisted on documentation or cash, but instead of helping, she shouted from the back. I asked her to come to the window. When she did, she wasn’t wearing a name tag—red flag number two. She refused to provide proof of the refund, gave me a fake name, and acted unprofessional throughout.
Now it’s two days later, and I still don’t have my refund. When I called, the so-called supervisor hung up on me when I asked direct questions.
This place is sketchy, disorganized, and run with zero professionalism. Stay far away unless you want bad service, bad food, and your money taken.

Always pleased with checkers food but holy cow this app line is absurd. Thought I did the smart thing by ordering ahead.
App said food is ready at 2:26, got here at 2:26, was told I was in the wrong line so go to the other side. I've now counted 6 cars that have ordered food on the other drive up side and get their food while I'm stuck behind the same 1 car that's in front of me.
Got my food at 2:42. Don't use the app and order ahead at this location.

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived I waited in the mobile pick up line for over 35 minutes just to get to the window and be greeted with “we don’t have any sandwiches”. The lady in the drive thru who seemed to have on a manager shirt was very rude and impatient. She said she was the only person there even though I seen someone else inside with her. I asked how to get a refund on the app and she had no clue on how to assist me. When receiving some of my items I tried expressing my concerns and she got very defensive and rude and began cursing and telling me to go home and cook etc. I would like a full refund and some type of update on this situation.

Went through the drive through and it was busy people lined up at the window and 3 cars in the drive through. We get to the window and there’s only one person there, and she kicked butt was handling the windows and making food all with great accuracy and speed. I didn’t catch her name but she was amazing!
