I enjoy the food but 90% of the time when I order my burger with no bun and add extra lettuce, I only get the usual amount. The cheese cake caramel sundae is my favorite. My Wife loves the fries and the Big Buford with No cheese.

Ordered on the app on 1/1 and arrived at 10pm to pick up my order. I waited at the pick up window for 5 mins with 3 seperate employees making eye contact with me, including the female cashier working pick up. Not a single employee greeted me or asked what order I was there for. Only after I exited my vehicle and approached the walk up window did I receive my food. Customer service skills on 0.

Computer double charged chili cheese fries so we asked them to take one off and they got all upset and rude, then we look on the bag and they left out half of our food anyway. Sour tasting shake. Didn’t even drink more than a sip :(

I get it's Christmas eve but giving out old, hard, cold food. Then replacing it however you felt leaving out half the order. Tis the season to get robbed $42 worth of nothing that was asked for right down to the drinks. With no receipt other than proof that we swiped our card on.our end. Just lost regular customers who pay at least $40 or better each trip. I rather you said you were closed while you were laughing while taking the order than to receive the service/ food my family was provided.
The burgers never disappoint, the fries are on point.

Don't order through the mobile app here. They will send to 20 minutes out of your way to pick up your order at another location. Your food will be cold by the time you get it. They know about the problem but don't seem to care to address it.

Well, I did receive 2 mini cheese burgers for a 9 month old baby, but it was missing the requested lettuce, ?, ? and pickles. ??♀️ I was expecting that Ole back in the days taste...
