I’ve been to this checkers twice. The lady at the window is so rude! She was there both times i went and it’s like she doesn’t know how customer service works. She doesn’t say ONE word she just stares at you. Will NEVER go again.

Shady area to wait In car while they take up to 15 mins to bring you food. Took forever to make wings and made my other food cold and un tasty. Not the nostalgic checkers you would think.
i placed a pick up order for my boyfriend to go pick up & it was 9$. supposedly they had his burgers but not his apple pie or his funnel fries because they said their “system is down” they did not offer him a refund, or a substitute for his funnel fries or apple pie. i am very certain it would have been possible for my boyfriend to receive regular french fries as a replacement. Unfortunately i was not with him to speak up for him instead he said “it’s okay” and never got his money back or his 2 missing items or even a substitute.
