We all enjoyed the food here and the service was decent! The atmosphere was okay but it was incredibly noisy, probably due to how busy it was though! There is a good selection of different meals on the menu so something for everybody!

Our 12 person party (two separate tables back to back) all enjoyed our meals, as the food was delicious! Unfortunately, it took 20 minutes to order our food, nearly 40-60 minutes to interspersedly get our meals (our son’s chicken strips were served to him and he was finished before the rest of us had our meals). Multiple errors occurred throughout the meal that had to be corrected, in addition to one person asking for a condiment with the meal in place of the one from the menu, which was not delivered until nearly eight minutes after the correct condiment was requested (at this point, everyone at the table was basically 85% done with their meal). Each of the six adults attempted to be understanding that mistakes happen and that we would give the server the benefit of the doubt and that we would simply let the hostess know that our feedback would be to let guests know that there would be a long wait before meals would be out, as this information would have allowed us to make the decision to stay or go somewhere else.

While waiting to speak to the hostess, I over heard another patron asking to be seated somewhere else, as they had become frustrated by their experience in the bar seating area. Upon informing the hostess of our feedback in a calm manner, she informed us that she had “no idea what was happening in the kitchen.” This response was disappointing, as a simple acknowledgment would have been sufficient and we would have been on our way. She offered the opportunity to speak with the manager, which we accepted. The manager verbalized an understanding and apologized, and we exited the restaurant.

While holding the door open my my father-in-law to exit, it was disappointing to see the hostess with what appeared to be a rather animated bodily language, as she spoke to her manager that I can only hypothesize to be I’ll comments about our feedback.

In the end, the food was amazing…our experience, not so much.

Prob my new favorite restaurant. Very affordable and large portions of food. I got a chicken sandwich and the trio option with 3 tenders and a huge pile of cheese bites. For less than $25. Thats two entrees. The butter croissant they give you is really good and their coke is really good. Food tasted excellent and was plentiful as well as very affordable.

I love this restaurant however I usually use a 3rd party delivery service, today I decided to go in and eat. I was a little set back when I arrived and waited to be even acknowledged and then another 5 min to be sat, I almost left but glad I didn't. Once I was at my table, my server Carlos, was amazing. I was not having the best day and although he had no idea of that, the small conversation had before even placing my order changed my entire attitude. I'm a waitress myself and reading 1 top tables is not easy. Carlos gave just the right amount of attention and checked on me appropriately to make sure I was enjoying my visit. I will most certainly be returning with friends and family and requesting Carlos as our server, he turned my experience around in less than 5 minutes... thank you Carlos

We visited after a tiring day at SeaWorld, our two daughters were about to loose it. The waitress and the manager were amazing. Food was warm, came out fast and correctly. The manager treated us with a dessert and definitely made our day and we couldn’t be so grateful for the kindness. I wish nothing but good things to these two ladies. I wished I remember the names for a formal compliment but know your gestures were appreciated by our family.

Work group meeting for about 15 people. While they did not put us all at the same table, they had us at four tables close to one another. And we had a reservation for that number so not sure why we weren’t accommodated. Food was very flavorful and hot. Our service staff did a great job.
