Chef Eddie catered BBQ for a work even and it was wonderful. He arrived 15 minutes early, was very organized and helped us carry the dishes upstairs. The food was wonderful. It was hot, fresh and everyone loved it. Couldn’t rec him more!

Our son gift to us was a dinner for 8 prepared by Chef Eddie's Catering. Everything about the experience was 5 star. Chef Eddie arrived with food nicely package at the time promised. We ordered the package with ribs, pulled pork, chicken, sweet potatoes, collard greens, cornbread muffins and sweet tea. The food was delicious and plenty for 8 people. We will use Chef Eddies's Catering again...and again!

1st I'd like to say, Chef Eddie seems to be a very nice person and I want to give him a five star rating....but I cant.My family rented an AirBnB in Orlando for the Thanksgiving holiday. We ordered a fried turkey from Chef Eddie and it was a major disappointment. The 1st indicator that it was going to disappoint, was that it was SUPPOSED to be a 15 pound turkey...and I paid for a 15 pound turkey at $4 a pound. When we picked it up, it was closer to 10 pounds. We are a family of 16, and that certainly would not have been sufficient. Unfortunately, that was not the only disappointment. The turkey was VERY dry. It had been severely overcooked. I also question whether or not it was fried, frozen and then thawed, because based on the appearance and how it had been wrapped in saran wrap, it didn't look very fresh. Finally, I specifically googled "soul food" catering because I wanted well seasoned food that would be similar to home made by an African-American. Sadly, this turkey had little, if any, seasoning. Thankfully another family member ordered a ham from the Honey Bake ham store! I had considered catering the entire meal, and I'm glad we didn't, because the flavor and quality of the fried turkey, did not live up to expectations.

This was the first year my family decided to get our thanksgiving dinner catered. Listen, Chef makes you feel like family. I picked up my order no issues. I came home to taste test and the food was amazing! Cooked to perfection. Everything seasoned good and cooked just right! I would highly recommend Chef Eddie!!! Great service, Great food.

My family came down to Florida for a mini vacation and hired Chef Eddie. Food was amazing!
Chef Eddie showed up and showed out for my wedding on 5/15! The food was hot on arrival and seasoned perfectly. We chose a southern foods selection and had chicken baked & fried, Mac &cheese, greens, green beans, rice, beef brisket, shrimp skewers, and yams. We would definitely hire Chef Eddie again!
