I'm new to this area and am trying out new Chinese restaurants in the area. I visited Chen's Restaurant on 03/29/2024 and was very excited about it because I absolutely love Chinese food. ❤️ I get my food home and is ready to eat. I try the combination plate of Orange chicken and pork fried rice and it's not bad, but the $5.25 Chinese donuts were horrible!!!! I ate about 3 when I realized that they weren't done! There was dough in the middle. I was wondering how I just walked in looked at the menu and gave her my order...4 minutes later she said my food was ready? How? I had literally just ordered it. I paid $18.68 for food that was trash! The Orange chicken was super hard after the first few bites and the pork fried rice was old. But my basically RAW dessert made me sick to my stomach. I've been throwing up ever since. I'm posting this at 3:19 a.m. on the 30th because I just now stopped getting sick. Now my body is shaking and I'm sweating every where. If this keeps up I will have to go to the E.R. Needless to say that I WILL NEVER EAT AT CHEN'S RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!!

Lady is nasty and will not think twice to hang up on you even if you are being nice.
Been coming here for a few years now. They have the best wings in town. You see them fry them when you order them, not pre fried n them fried again to get them hot. I hope they don't change. Also enjoy the vegetable lo mein.

I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Back in the day they're food was so much better and so were the prices. I understand the economy pricing has increased however I feel like now Chens is over priced. The food is still good, but the service is horrible and the lady at thr front desk who takes the order is always rushing you when placing your order, and when they get something wrong, they never say sorry instead they place the blame on you.
Affordable, quick take out, and pretty decent food. The boneless ribs are my favorite, they're not overly saucy and are fairly tender. I'd say in overall quality, they are slightly above the average in terms of fast service chinese takeout. You probably won't be blown away, but you'll get a decent meal that doesn't cost too much.
