Placed an order through the app and it got stolen. The restaurant won’t answer the phone to replace the order. And the the delivery service refused to wait to remake the order and demanded I accept a refund that had an undetermined amount of time to process. And I am still waiting on confirmation that my order was cancelled

I eat at Chick-fil-A quite often, but never this specific location. I am so happy that trajectory of my day brought me here because I had the pleasure of meeting Libby. Libby is an employee of this Chick-fil-A and one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She came over to my table to offer refills for me and my friends, but ended up making a lasting impression on us! I just wanted to give a special shout out to Libby and thank her for making our whole day with her friendliness, kindness, fun attitude, and gracious spirit! She was a delight! And also a shout out to her co-worker, Woody. A very kind man always willing to lend a helping hand!
Even though the drive thru and parking lot was full, the service was very speedy. I ordered my food for curbside and I had it within minutes. The outside of the building was very clean and so was the parking lot.
I ordered an 8-count, but later remembered I had rewards to redeem, so I did that. They told me to pull into a spot to wait for my shake, so I did. While I was waiting, I overheard the girl who took my order say, “I literally asked if she just wanted the 8-count and she said yes.” Then another coworker said, “Yeah! Call them out!” Like, really? Did it upset you that much that I changed my order? Did you die because of it? Did your hourly pay change? No. But you still took the time to do all that for what? You’re mad weird, lol. I suggest you keep your feelings to yourself some people might want to fight you but aye that’s your business

I always go to this specific location for my kids meal with ice cream and this specific time was a horrible experience. I ordered my usual and they said I couldn’t get an ice cream cup because i am an adult. I wasn’t aware the kids menu is only for kids. Horrible experience They always get my order wrong.
