Frustrated and disappointed with today's visit. I placed my mobile order to pickup at drive thru. I don't believe I was even greeted upon arrival, then when picked up my food an item was missing. This caused me to drive back to claim the missing item. When I pulled up to the long drive thru line the 2nd time I explained to the youngman whom I had to interrupt as he and another employee were chatting and didn't acknowledge me. The situation was handled poorly, I was told to drive to the window to get the missing item, instead of parking me and going inside to get it or using the headset to let someone know of the situation as I already wasted my lunch time going through the drive thru twice because someone handed me an incomplete order. I am very disappointed at the service I didn't receive today.

Chick-Fil-A always a great place to eat, I got the chicken nuggets, they were so tender and good, got a Dr. Pepper, and my don got a chicken sandwich, and my grand-daughter got same as I chicken nuggets! Service was excellent and the atmosphere was great! We dined inside yesterday. My son treated me so dont know about how much he spent. Everything was great and the reason they always get 5 stars!

Long long line makes motorist agitated with each other. Also they didn't read my order back to me. But it was accurate and the food was typical.
Good chicken options. Nice staff. Only issue is drive through and parking. Having to circle the building creates issues and if you park hard to drive out with cars trying to get into the drive through line. If lot crowded look for other food options

Lisa was arguing with me about the sweet tea when it looked like water and spoiled My whole meal was cold frys were old .Lisa saying tea is good told her to switch it for a coke she never did another boy helped me wont be back

Everyone here is incredible, most notably Libby! She is incredibly attentive to everyone and goes well out of her way to ensure guests are taken care of. The restaurant is immaculate and in a great spot in town.
As a Brazilian, I love food with good seasoning, so I can say it was wonderful. I liked everything; the chicken is perfect. I came to try it because of the YouTuber Edukof (Amenic), and I'm in love with the food.

No idea why my last review yrs ago and the edit i did from the other day disappeared. We used to live over in this area and like most super busy families, we spend thousands a yr at different CFA's in the area. My wife ordered 2 platters of nuggets Saturday night for our sons post homecoming party. I have mentioned in other reviews that the quality of their chicken changed during/after COVID. We get it, inflation....yada. However this last weekend, the 2nd tray of nuggets didn't get touched by 35-40 highschool kids. Weird right, usually gobbled up! The reason....they were absolutely nasty, not borderline, but literally inedible. Soggy, chewing, awful taste!! We knew something was up when 2hrs into a party, the platter of Pub subs were gone and we have a full tray of uneaten nuggets. If you entertain, you know, nuggets and chicken minis are gone as quick as they are put out. Our catering ordering was over $200 and sadly this is probably our last from this location. I would return the nuggets if my time wasn't worth more than a $100 nugget tray. Beware, if you are ordering catering. Try the nuggets before you leave. I usually sneak a few in the car and would have turned around immediately but had already eaten dinner. Do better Chick Fil A!!!

I hope when you come to this Chick-fil-A, you have extra time to sit around and wait for your food while other team members are talking to other people about their personal issues. The app allows you to order online and pick up the drive-through, but it doesnât have its own specialty lane so youâre stuck all the way in the beginning ordering your food.
