Unfortunately this is the worst chikfila I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is unmanaged teenagers, they always look so confused, it takes forever to get your food or for the line to move. I’ve never waited so long in a Chikfila drive thru even if you’re the only car it still takes forever. First time I’ve ever been to a Chikfila that messed up my order too. This Chikfila just doesn’t meet the standards it’s the same experience customer service experience as going to Mc Donald’s. How is it that everytime I pull up to the window the food isn’t ready and I’m told to move up. And don’t even get me started on the parking lot. The most poorly designed chikfla I’ve ever been to.
