Always love coming here and today just solidified it. Ms. Luz noticed my son took some nuggets from my daughter and ate it …obviously she was crying and not even 2minutes later she gave my daughter a small box of nuggets❤️ what amazing service, attention and love!! So grateful for this company, its employees and the atmosphere created! Thank you Ms. Luz!

This chick fila location has only gone downhill the more and more I go to it. The foods still good, but the fries are cold 80% of the time, they miss something in my order, or I just get the wrong order. I ordered a chicken sandwhich with fries and had rewards for free nuggets and they completely missed my sandwich and gave me everything else. Not to mention the large fries I ordered wasn’t even full, they basically gave me a small in a large fry container.
I went there in March and it was closed. Is it open again?

It's our kids' favorite occasional take out meal, so we fight the crazy traffic and do the long circles around the building forever to get it. We don't mind that to make them happy since it's a rare thing and we almost always are greeted by friendly staff, but we do often have issues with our order. It's a complicated order (half the order is strictly gluten free) so we do have a lot of patience and understanding, but every time we do seem to have multiple sides missing or mixed up, gluten free grilled items have been the gluten containing fried option instead, etc. We have also had times where everything was fine, it's hit or miss. When it's all correct, everything is great and we are really thankful to have this option that our whole family can enjoy as a special treat.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free - Celiac's

Ordered a salad and my salad was half empty. I understand there’s a certain amount of chicken that you can put but why not at least fill up the container with the lettuce? Salads here are too expensive to receive such an empty container.
