I ordered food at 12:15, knowing I had an appointment at the DMV at 1. At 12:45, they announced that anyone waiting for their order would have to wait around 20 more minutes. I had to leave to make it on time to my appointment without my food. I came back later with my receipt to try and get a fresh order but it was still so crowded and people were complaining about the wait, and they had run out of Chick-fil-A sauce. UCF needs to hire more workers and fund CFA better because that's a really bad wait time for a fast food restaurant on a college campus.

I remember years ago at this location you used to be able to grab what you wanted and go. I would not come to this location unless you have loads of free time and are just bored because you will be waiting at least 20, sometimes over 30 minutes for your food whenever you go, including during non peak times. That’s because there’s only ONE employee filling all the orders, meaning your order has been ready sitting in the window but that one employee is way behind filling orders to a point where you often think they skipped your order. Can they not hire more help or develop a more efficient system so that you get your order within 5, no more than 10 minutes, or will that cut too far into their profit margins?

Typically they’re insultingly rude but I’ve only gotten positive vibes from a few gentlemen. The ladies are always on something negative. Drive thru workers are always pleasant. Inside staff is embarrassing.
