It's slammed all the time and the guys here can only do so much so I'm giving them a break. Is it a 5-10 minute wait most times? Yes. But they do tend to have around 20 people waiting for food at once, and usually not due to lack of effort, it's just because this campus has thousands of students and it just so happens lots of then want chick-fil-a.
Vegetarian options: There is a decent amount of salads and they are all customizable, plus veggie wraps (not on the menu and must be asked for) along with mac and cheese, fruit bowls, and other options like these.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread on request, plus grilled items.
Took about 45 minutes to get a salad and medium fries, salad should’ve gotten granola but they gave me charred tomato… also didn’t give me my ketchup for my fries :’) will not be going back to this location

The Kale Crunch Side was yummy.
Dietary restrictions: They were able to accommodate a gluten free diet. It's rare that I can eat fries because most places fry breaded items in all their fryers.

This location seems incredibly understaffed for such a busy cfa. It doesn’t seem to be the employees fault but each time I go I wait anywhere between 15-30 minutes for a salad… As someone who has worked at cfa before coming to ucf, this would’ve been unfathomable and the store I worked for would’ve given out gift cards or free cookies for the wait if it was over 5 minutes. Don’t go to this location if you’re in a time crunch.

Polite staff. No biscuits or yogurt available upon opening at 11 am Saturday. Was served a Chicken “Biscuit” on an English muffin…who wants that? Not sure why UCF uses such prime space for a vendor that serves no one on Sunday and is too cheap to properly stock itself when open on Saturday.
The service, food, atmosphere is all great. Employees are working like busy bees! It's always busy between 11-1, which means you'll have 15-25 people in front of you.
