ms carolina was extremely rude at the window! she was very passive aggressive to the gentleman bagging my order ! she told me she “hopes everything in my bag was there” (which it was) . learn how to talk to people ms carolina. hope management deals with them !!

Staff are a tad aggressive. This is the first one I've been to where I didn't receive service with a smile. I paid for a breakfast meal and wanted bottled water. When I got to the window I was handed a cup of ice water. Just made it a bad experience for me.

Food and service were at the level fitting a CFA. The store itself was a little cramped and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I've seen in other locations. They are currently building a new store a few yards down the road where I'm sure any issues mentioned will be addressed.

The food was cold and the bread was hard. I told the “manager” this is not Chick-fil-A’s standards as I brought my best friend visiting from abroad and I spoke so highly of this fast food restaurant. The “manager” could care less. My best friend said never again. Such a let down Chick-fil-A Lake Buena Vista!

Food quality was amazing, as is with all Chick-fil-A's. Impressive customer service and an amazing atmosphere. I have never been disappointed by a Chick-fil-A and I doubt I ever will. Their determination to serve the customer is admirable.

Worst chick fil a I have been to. Came in at 5 for dinner ordered 4 fries. All of which have been re fried and were chewy and gross. Re ordered. Then hair in the fries and on the tray. Not impressed and this chick fil a does not live up to standards.

Employees are very friendly. But this location is in desperate need of a remodel especially when you can still see inside the structure (frequent people who have dined at this establishment know) that has the play area that now stores boxes. Employees though need to be more attentive to cleaning the tables. The fruit was great but the grilled chicken at this location is mushy and has gristly pieces not sure why when the location on 192 in kissimmee has great grilled chicken not sure what the difference is here.

I’ve been going to this place for years and this time it was not pleasurable at all! 10/10 don’t recommend this location!They brought me my food quick but since they were going so slow I got stuck for 30 min in line and couldn’t get out! They’re only solution was to sit in line and wait.I’ll be calling corporate as soon as the weekend over because I’ve had better experiences at McDonald’s versus them recently.Oh and if you want a more pleasurable experience at chick fil a here’s another location that’s not even 5 min down the road that has better service then this one11709 Daryl Carter pkwy, Orlando Florida 32821

7/3/23Stopped in for breakfast and had some additional requests and everything was ok except the young man taking the order got 70% right and over charged us for other things we didn't want. Very surprised... Chick-fil-A never makes mistakes to this extent.
