Absolutely a great fast and inexpensive way for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is delicious too! Can't beat the prices and the food is so much more healthier than any other fast food restaurant. Saved the day, we ended up here after a very disappointing experience at a high end place. The staff were cheery and the food was reliably tasty and hot, it was what the food is supposed to be & when I go to a chain in a vacation spot this is the whole point. Nuggets were good, fries were good & soda was cold.

ms carolina was extremely rude at the window! she was very passive aggressive to the gentleman bagging my order ! she told me she “hopes everything in my bag was there” (which it was) . learn how to talk to people ms carolina. hope management deals with them !!

Staff are a tad aggressive. This is the first one I've been to where I didn't receive service with a smile. I paid for a breakfast meal and wanted bottled water. When I got to the window I was handed a cup of ice water. Just made it a bad experience for me.

Food and service were at the level fitting a CFA. The store itself was a little cramped and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I've seen in other locations. They are currently building a new store a few yards down the road where I'm sure any issues mentioned will be addressed.

The food was cold and the bread was hard. I told the “manager” this is not Chick-fil-A’s standards as I brought my best friend visiting from abroad and I spoke so highly of this fast food restaurant. The “manager” could care less. My best friend said never again. Such a let down Chick-fil-A Lake Buena Vista!Kid-friendliness: No care at all.
