I have to give them a 1 out of 5.
Why?
(1) They gave me 2 leaky Styrofoam cups that flooded their drink holder, my car's drink holder well, my car seats, my floor mats, & my emergency brake.
I'm hoping it won't short out my electric panel. It will cost over $1.5K @ VW Dealer.
(2) They didn't give me sauce for my disabled Vet bro's chicken strip meal.
Since he only ate grits & fruit for breakfast, he was starving after waiting 5 hours at the Lk Nona VA emergency room.
He was so looking forward to eating his fav meal, i.e., 4 chicken strips w/honey mustard & Polynesian sauce, sweet ice tea, & no salt wedge fries.
(3) They gave me salted 🍟 when I specifically ordered a lg no salt fries for him. The sticky note on the bag even stated no salt.
(4) They gave me 2 sweeten ice teas when I specified 1 sweet ice tea & 1 Dr. Pepper.
(5) I heard the order operator repeat my order to me & repeat it on her 📻 .
(6) Surprisingly, it wasn't even that busy for 7:24pm.
I can eat salt, drink soda, & I hate their sweet tea, but bro loves it.
He enjoyed 2. Thus, the 1 out of 5 rather than zero rating.

Why would the manager griddy after I confronted him about the employee’s safety and wellness? Was griddy-ing worth it? Was it Wagner? The story starts a few months ago, in a cold cold thundering night. An employee was strongly taking orders as the lightning bolt strikes behind. With no fear in her eyes she always offered a smile and a “my pleasure”. This poor girl was covered in rain and her glasses were covered in rain. Through her adversities she stood tall. This event was shocking and basically told me that CHICK FIL A LAKE NONA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PEOPLE. Why can’t yall afford rain ponchos? You guys need some money? I can Zelle you! As I approached the pick up window, I asked to speak with a manager. Wagner approached and listened to my complaint. I asked him about how he felt about the current condition of the employee outside, he stated “ they are fine.’” Oh Wagner, how could you. If this was your sister, cousin or daughter would you allow this? I think not. DO better. That griddy after I left was awful and you didn’t think I saw. That’s what’s worse. I hope you guys learn from this and go to the dollar tree and get some rain ponchos.

Coated fries are gross. Bring back the old fries, I’d rather them be soggy but taste like a potato than taste like some kind of artificial concoction made in a lab.

I went to the Lk Nona Chic Fill A this morning and after a 20 min drive because of school etc congestion , we went through the Drive Thru and placed our order for breakfast. The girl took the order and it was fine. She repeated it etc. When we got home we didn’t get what we asked for! 😡 Instead of the two biscuits with ONLY cheese and bacon, we got two biscuits with egg and cheese! We fed the eggs to our dog and ate a plain biscuit w very little cheese! Disappointed 😔
