The customer service being exemplary is an understatement, a fight had broken out, and a wonderful lady named kamilla had gon out of her job description to tend to the wounds of the victim who had been assaulted, holding ice on his wounds for him, and ensuring he recieved proper medical care, and even is helping to follow through with the police report, im happy to give my business to places like this. Whose employees stand out in this age lacking in compassion and love for eachother!

I'm a little disappointed in the process of fulfillment in this location. Several weeks ago for a medium size order of a few items they forgot one Chicken Deluxe sandwich, I found out about it when I got home.
Today I ordered a Southwest Salad, and after leaving I found they just put a the Ranch sauce with the salad solo, not the full packet, so no Tortilla Strips, no Chili Lime Pepitas, and most importantly no fork!
Since it's the only branch near me, I'm going to start reviewing each order before I leave, and maybe even open each sandwich box to check if it's correct or not.

I’ve been coming here often, and it never disappoints. The service is friendly, the food is always prepared fresh, and the flavors are spot on. I especially recommend trying the egg white grill with honey roasted BBQ sauce — it deserves way more recognition compared to the more typical options like chicken biscuits. Another favorite of mine is the grilled chicken breakfast burrito, which is both filling and tasty. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this spot is a dependable go-to.

Ordered from this location this evening. I’m so glad we waited to get home to eat. My husband opened his 8-count nuggets and found one nugget wrapped up in a long curly black hair. How does this even happen?! Smh!

I have been to so many CFAs across central Florida bc I have lived or worked From Polk county to Volusia county. This one in Lake Nona has never noticed disappointed. I don't know what it is about this location but they have always always always messed up my order. When they first opened I chucked up to bc they're new. Its new franchise location mistakes but NO. I rarely come to this one and it's the closest to my residence but today is this first time this yr 2025 I say you know I will give them a try. There wasn't be much traffic at this time of day. It wasnt. I ordered on mobile. No problem. Pleasant and expected welcome by order taker in drive thru. They had a little issue finding my order but that was mistake I placed carryout instead of drive thru option. That's on me. I get get inline. Get my food. Eat some fries on way back home. I am missing stuff. The missing items or added ice to drink when I requested no ice it is trivial but in the past I've gotten home missed a sandwich. Got a regular sandwich when I asked for grilled. I've been given the wrong salad before. They forgot on multiple occasions incl this time my Polynesian sauce--- now that is serious!
I don't think I have reviewed ya beforeif I have it was yrs ago but I am upset as I am craving my sauce. It's a lot bc this location is close but to get in car go the few lights and pull into your location and not get what I asked and expected its upsetting. If you mess up on the little items what will have happen if it's a huge mistake like a catering order.
I request that leadership at this location do a tighter quality control.
