Very friendly, fresh food, and clean environment. Wasn't a huge fan of their peppermint milkshake. Not this store specifically but I do not like when you go through the drive thru and they don't allow you to look at the menu. Most of the team members will come up to the car immediately and stop you before you get to the menu and ask you what you'd like to order. I might want to try something else or see what different drinks they have and I wined up ordering the same thing every time.

Had a great dine-in lunch experience at this Chick-fil-A. The servers were very nice, welcoming, and made the atmosphere feel inviting from the moment we walked in. Service was fast and efficient, and the food was fresh and prepared just right. The dining area was clean and well maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Consistently good service and a reliable place for a quick, pleasant meal.

I am so sick and tired of this Chick-fil-A location I spend to much money here since 2023 I’ve been a red member. The chicken gross. Nothing ever tastes fresh anymore it’s annoying I went there today asked for no salt on my fries and fresh food what did I get ? The oil taste so bad today and salt in my fries the chicken sandwich was disappointing and chewy the Mac had no top cheese coating. Like this makes no sense another incident was when there was a whole piece of plastic found in my Mac and cheese and I spoke with the manager Hannah and she said she would handle it I kept calling back and still was compensated. Avoid this Chick-fil-A location at all cost these workers do NOT care that a piece of plastic could’ve been a liability if I really was that person I would’ve took it there.

I never ever ever ever go to THIS Chik fil a. I stopped thru about 10 minutes ago to get a gift card for a co worker. Waited in yhe drive thru for 15 minutes. They could not figure out their own systems. So I left.
McDonalds, for all their faults, can at least figure out how to sell gift cards. Do better.

Ordered the Spicy Southwest Salad and it BARELY came with any chicken. Ordered a sandwich and it came with smallest friggin price of chicken, don’t come here unless you want to spend 20 minutes in line just for a disappointment.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with a recent experience at one of your Chick-fil-A locations.
During my visit, after going through the drive-thru to pick up my lemonade, I politely asked the employee if she could throw away a Dunkin’ Donuts cup for me. She refused to do so. While I understand there may be policies in place, the refusal was delivered without courtesy and felt unnecessarily dismissive.
In addition to this, the overall interaction did not reflect the level of customer service Chick-fil-A is known for. I have always chosen Chick-fil-A because of its reputation for friendliness and professionalism, which made this experience particularly disappointing.
I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially during simple interactions that could have been handled more graciously.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve future customer experiences. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter can be addressed.

I just had the worst experience at this chic fil a. The drive through lady didn’t hear me correctly and almost got my order wrong, then the person who handed me my food was rude, stared at me, didn’t respond when I spoke to her, didn’t smile once and was just overall uncomfortable to interact with. She seemed upset I didn’t simply grab my bag and sprint away.
This is the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had at a chic fil a. Whoever owns this one - your store is not anywhere near the standard that Chic fil a sets and I won’t be coming to this location ever again. Really disappointed.
