I just had a really unpleasant experience at this Chic fil A. The girl at the cash register at around 1 PM on October 16th, 2025 lacks basic customer service skills (Hispanic Slick Black Hair). My order number was 4069616. She had a resting b face look on her that I hated. She looked like she hated being there working and serving customers. She does not have the standard one comes to expect from the Chic fil A. I hope the manager of this store reads it and thinks about training her on how to provide top notch customer service. She didn’t even offer to give me my receipt when I asked for it. You can clearly see she does not belong to work in front of house as it leaves a bad impression.

Forgot an entire Chicken Soup, could not refund card and sent a reward to the app. No time to check the bag when getting rushed to leave. Left without a huge portion of my order. Why did I get Chick-fil-A? 😂
Update: none of the sauce we included in our mobile order was in the bag as well. I hate to say it, but it could very well be the worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had.
