omg okay, so i just had an order around 6:40 pm today (4/24/24) and the wonderful black woman with glasses and braids that was working the handout in drive-thru, literally ran after my car to give me the drink i forgot! i was stunned, she definitely didn’t need to go that far but i sincerely applaud her for this! working fast food is hard work (im in the business) and she’s amazing! the service here is always quick and satisfactory!

Absolutely THE WORST designed parking lot/drive-thru of ANY Chik-fil-a I have ever seen!!!! This obviously was designed by someone who is either very inexperienced and/or just doesn't care about safety!!!
The very unpleasant manager who is on the 8:25 pm shift... I have been to other chick-fil establishments - and they have treated them very well... For my part, I will not return to that place...

I was disappointed with Chick-fil-A normally I have a really good visit with them but it seems like they were a bit overwhelmed with their guests I've never been sent to the side to wait I also saw other people on the side looking impatient waiting on their order as well. I will continue to enjoy Chick-fil-A just not at this
