I just love Chick fil A so so much! Martha is amazing and everytime I go to the store she comes to my table to say hi, offer mints and refill my drink!! She is AMAZING!!

Went on a Thursday 7/10/25 at 3pm. Drive through was all that was available. Waited 30 minutes and nobody got serviced. Zero stars. Many cars drove away. Very disappointing.

If I could give zero stars I would! This locations drive thru service is HORRIBLE! The employees here are rude and clearly have no pleasure doing their job! Don’t even waste your time trying to get anything accomplished either about the service you received, because when you call to speak with management, they blame you the customer..

Excellent, delicious food. Super friendly staff. He explained the menu to us, made recommendations, offered us the best lemonade and it really was. He gave us all the sauce options so we wouldn't miss trying any of them.

Food and service was good. However I felt uncomfortable with a homeless person sitting alone at a nearby table with a drink cup from another establishment. No employees spoke with this person, implying it was fine for them to loiter. I’m sympathetic to homelessness and wish this person the best, but Chick Fil A on Daryl Carter Blvd is not a place for loitering.

This chick fill a has a very bad drive thru service compared to other locations. As a local I always stop by to get a meal at the drive thru and workers just don’t talk with you at all. I have to start taking an order myself and the worker just stare at you til you finish, it’s super awkward!! The last 3 times I came here were the same, they all act in the same way and won’t say a word which pretty strange for chick fill standards because they always have good customer service. But the service from people inside and the food are always great so hopefully they will fix the drive thru service problem, don’t ruin your reputation with this little thing!
