This restaurant in particular is awful. They don’t use rewards, they will give u a singular sauce no matter how much you buy, long waits, and their customer service is not up to par.
It's alright. Your gonna wait for your food even when it's not busy.

07/31/23 at 3:11 pm - Staff seemed more concerned about making an employee's togo meal, I.E., taste testing sweet tea to make sure its sweet enough between the 4 large drinks, then double-checking to make sure all meals have been served. Took 20 mins to get a spicy chicken sandwich meal (decent). The togo bag broke in the rain losing all fries and sauces. Got a burned chocolate chip cookie as an apology (ironic because I am allergic to chocolate). Recommend all staff and faculty stay away.

I feel victimized and hazed and terrorized because every time they go ‘yeahhhh it’ll be about a million years (15 minutes)’ and I cry!!!! But the people there are super sweet and kind
