I requested for Andrea fresh fries three times, but the last time was even more stressful because when they finally arrived fresh, they were FULL OF SALT, even though the receipt, as I requested, states they are unsalted. UNSATISFIED!

Needs new and better management I was waiting for an employee to hand me my food for a pick up order the food was ready for 10 minutes just sitting on the counter while the employees were taking orders that were after mine and when I asked the manager all he said was that they would call my name in a few minutes. They never called my name they just kept bagging up new orders while my food sat there and got cold. If I didn’t need extra sauce I would’ve just walked around the counter and grabbed the food myself. They literally act like you’re invisible. Honestly what can you expect from a restaurant that is ran by literal teenagers.

I came here on the last day of my trip to Orlando last month. The food was great (or at least from what I could eat) and I got it quickly. However, one of the employees would not leave me alone for over 15 minutes while I was just trying to grab a meal before my train back home. He told me about how he got fired from his last job and shootings that had happened in the Orlando area... and one of the places he mentioned happened to be the train station I had to go to later that day to get back home. He also spit a lot while talking and was so close to me that it got in my food. I had to throw the rest out. I was very uncomfortable here. I gave two stars because the food and other employees were great.

This Chick-fil-A is conveniently located by the hotel entrance to the Florida Mall. It’s a small location, but the staff is friendly and the service is efficient, perfect for a quick bite while shopping or staying nearby.
