Liked the chicken bun I had, but the cheese and lettuce chilled the chicken, unless the chicken wasn't hot enough, as the cheese didn't melt at all. It was ok, but not as good as I expected. The staff and peaceful dinning room was lovely 😄

Isabella S. — very rude and unprofessional. We were the only ones in line and she pretended not to see us and speak with her coworker. Will scoff when your order is taken and interrupt you mid ask to joke or size another employee. Gave attitude and dirty looks when we paid. Felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable, we need to do better. I know people have bad days, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chick fil A I wanted to contact corporate.

Isabella S was very inconsiderate and rude, disregarded us for 10 minutes while we were next in line. Didn’t handle our order with efficiency or care, and was very rude and unwelcoming to us overall. Horrible service from a place that i usually love to eat at. Very disappointing for Chick Fil A standards!

This was such a cool one to see, by the restrooms there is a button that starts the overhead train that goes through almost the entire restaurant. The food was genuinely hot and fresh. Fastest service ive ever had. The staff was organized and had a good system and flow going. Will definitely go back to this chick fil a

Chichi fil offers a pretty typical American-style fried chicken experience, but with a few clear strengths. The service is fast, we didn’t have to wait for our order at all, and it’s obvious they operate with a fairly large, efficient staff in the kitchen and at the counter. The food itself is exactly what you’d expect from this style of place: crispy chicken, generous portions, and straightforward sides that do the job. The atmosphere, however, is on the negative side – it feels more functional than cozy, with little effort put into décor or comfort, so it’s not really a place where you’d want to sit and linger. Overall, it’s a good spot if you’re hungry and want quick, reliable fried chicken, but it’s definitely better to take your food to go rather than eat on-site.
