⭐ 1-Star Review — Chick-fil-A at SeaWorld Orlando
I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a Chick-fil-A before. We waited nearly 30 minutes in line just to order, and when we finally got to the counter, we were told there were no combo meals — everything was sold separately. Fries were $7, sandwiches were $13–$15, and drinks were about $7 each. Outrageously overpriced for what you get.
After waiting another 30 minutes for our food, they messed up my wife’s sandwich, giving her a spicy one instead of the regular. When she went to get it fixed, they took back the sandwich she had already bitten and didn’t even let her keep it while waiting for the new one. No apology, no complimentary item, no effort to make things right — just poor service all around.
The replacement sandwich was too hot to eat right away, and by that time, the rest of our food was already cold. For a brand known for great service and hospitality, this location completely failed to deliver. I wouldn’t recommend this Chick-fil-A to anyone visiting SeaWorld — overpriced, slow, and unprofessional.

Prices are about 50% marked up, service was not chick fil a service, staff is not friendly. They do not do “meals”. They don’t have season items(which… okay. No big deal) but the prices being double what they are in the regular? Chick fil a should not have their name on this. Also no rewards.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Ordered a #1 and #4, they asked what I wanted to drink with my meal (2 cokes).. I get my meal and it was a sandwich, nuggets, and 2 drinks for $40. No fries!!! Apparently they don’t offer it with the meals there

The service was great, and quality was good. However they have the prices jacked up just because its in a park. Check out the picture below for the menu
Please do not go to this place. It’s a huge rip off and waste of money. The food wasn’t terrible but $47 for two burgers, 1 waffle fries and a coke was outrageous. Staff were rude and said they didn’t offer straws ‘to care for the animals’ when the park tannoy advertise paper straws everywhere and you can get them at the ice cream parlour a few hundred metres away. Madness!

Customer service was terrible. The staff had an attitude the whole time, barely smiled, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually helping customers. The food was ridiculously overpriced, and on top of that, it took over 20 minutes just to get my order. Definitely not worth the money or the wait.

Why am I expected to tip a counter employee at Chick-fil-A for simply taking my order? I don’t understand why I’m asked to tip for something that’s already part of the job. It’s not table service, it’s counter service. Why has this become the norm? First ever Chick-fil-A I have encountered that won’t let me swipe credit card until select percentage of tips. Everything is twice expensive and takes at least 20 minutes to pickup. The most horrible experience ever!!
