As a decades long Chik fil a fan, I cannot wait for this place to close down. Most unprofessional and rude personnel. Predatory pricing. Horrible experience.

COST TO MUCH?!!
Why is it that 2 “meals” and a kids meal was $70 with the pass discount? Way to mark up prices just for being inside a park. It’s disgusting to take advantage of people in that way. This would have cost only $30 any other time.

You guys really do a bad job with door clash orders you guys messed up my morning in put me in a bad mood because I ordered food in my drink wasn't sealed you GUYS HAVE TO START SEALING THE DRONKS PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD CRAZY PEOPLE WILL PUT THIS IN YOUR DRINK SPIT IN YOUR DRINK WOTHOUT YOU KNOWING😡 this is my last time door dashing from you guys 😡
Worst Chick-Fila experience I’ve ever had. I expect to pay a little more being in a park but $80 for fast food is ridiculous. The fact you cannot get a meal and every single item is à la carte other than kids meals is ridiculous. The server we had, Tamara was an absolute terrible representation of Chick-Fila. She was very rude, had a terrible attitude towards customers, and seemed as if she could care less to be there. Back home we call Chick-Fila Jesus chicken and I feel Jesus would be very disappointed in the way this restaurant is ran, the prices, and Tamara’s attitude. The only plus was the food was hot and tasted alright. Aside from that, hot dog water.

The food was ok but prices are ridiculous for fast food just to be located into the park, I think they can change the name of the restaurant because it’s totally different the menu and prices for the franchise. In my case the employee at the window was really nice and helpful

$80 to feed a family of 4 just because you’re in Seaworld is absolutely robbery and you know it, chick fil a.
DONT EAT HERE!!!
What a gong show this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. I don’t even know if you could really call this a Chick-fil-A since they don’t sell combo meals here they make you buy everything separate and way more than you paid a normal Chick-fil-A
The service is absolutely horrible. The order takes way too long. They got our name wrong. It wasn’t even starting with the right letter or even sounded anything like what we told her
They need to get their systems working they are not efficient, like they are at a normal regular store
They royally screwed up our order. I didn’t get two items from my order.
Then to top it off, they ended up mixing up the chicken sandwich, the spicy cheese wasn’t put in the spicy sandwich , and the non-spicy one and putting the spicy pepper jack . Poor listening skills from lady at till.
Nobody comes and cleans the tables here they leave a mess. The garbage is are full.

I’m giving this Chick-fil-A 2 stars, and honestly, it was a pretty frustrating experience overall. The first issue was the line, which was extremely long and moved painfully slow. Waiting that long might be understandable if everything else made up for it, but unfortunately, it didn’t. Once I finally got to order, I realized they didn’t even have the full menu available, which was disappointing, especially after such a long wait.
The food itself was fine, but nowhere near good enough to justify how expensive it was. Prices felt way too high for what you actually get, especially for fast food. To make things worse, they asked for a tip on a to-go order. That really rubbed me the wrong way. I don’t mind tipping when there’s real table service, but asking for a tip on a pickup order is a hard no for me.
Another big downside was the fact that there were no refills. For a place charging these prices, that just feels cheap and unnecessary. Overall, this location felt overpriced, slow, and poorly managed. After this visit, it’s no surprise why this place has such a low rating. I expected much better based on Chick-fil-A’s reputation, but this visit definitely didn’t live up to it. I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon unless there are major improvements.

Way over priced
2 star for the price. Bend over if you wanna eat here it probably hurts less. $80 for a nugget meal for 4 is insane.

So I’m at SeaWorld I’m a annual Man pass member plus I used to work here at SeaWorld so I know customer service is on point for SeaWorld. It’s supposed to be so they got the Chick-fil-A here right I come here tonight as I’m speaking as I’m about to post the black lady that Manager that’s on I ordered at 8:15 on my phone get to the window at about eight because it says my mail will be ready at 8:30. I got there at 8:36. The lady refused to answer the window. I had to bam on the window said hey, I had to order. I already paid for my order. She shrugged her shoulders, turned around and left and then gonna come back and noticed that I had a on my annual member and she’s gonna try to say oh cool guest services. No your customer service sucks. Never had a problem with Chick-fil-a

They're closing the store way too early. The park is not even close yet and this place is already closed.
