We were looking for a place to have lunch and this was the safest one for all of us in the area. We just stopped through the drive-through and picked up a simple meal. My companions each got a number one and I went for a spicy chicken sandwich. This is my first time having this particular sandwich and I really enjoyed it. Service in the drive-through was quick and easy and we got our food in a timely manner.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff displayed extreme unprofessionalism and disrespect. It was a terrible ordeal when I arrived to pick up my online order only to find the store closed. I mistakenly selected the Kirkman location instead of Millennia. Instead of politely informing me that my order would be canceled and refunded due to the closure, the employees laughed at the registers and hurried to lock the doors when I approached. They ignored my attempt to ask a quick question about my order and handled the situation in a mocking manner. It was embarrassing and distressing, especially since it happened on a Saturday, and the store is closed on Sundays. I was unable to confirm my refund or speak to a manager. I strongly advise against visiting this location if you expect good customer service.Lastly, to make matters worse, during a conversation with a male worker, the female employees who were laughing not only recorded me but also showed extreme disrespect.

I realize this is a high traffic chicfila. We visited twice during our Orlando stay. First dine in dinnertime. Second carry out breakfast. First experience the customer service was good. The server brought our drinks & they were leaking all over the tray & floor. He just walked away. I grabbed napkins & a wet floor sign & went to work cleaning the floor & table the best I could. Food comes out & missing a large fry & 4 piece strips were 4 piece nuggets.They gave me the missing food & apologized. Breakfast carryout. The server asked my name & then never spoke to me again. Walked up to me with drinks leaking again but not as bad as previous visit. I said ty. She just walked away. Walked up to me with the bag of food, I said thank you, have a good day. Silence. I think my local chicfila back home says "my pleasure " a lot but I appreciate the kind words & it really makes for a friendlier atmosphere.

The manager greeted me and was very friendly as well as the person taking my order.
It's not all what some people say it is. The food is not that great at all. Guess the ones who like it have not eaten good chicken and salads before. And way over priced. When God blesses a person with a company the company should not rip off the clients with a mark up that big. Chick-fil-A is just a status quo cliche.

0 stars I ordered my food through Uber Eats, waited an hour, called to see what was happening with the lunch food I ordered. They told me that I couldn't talk to the manager that they couldn't send me the food because according to them they sent it, with someone who never delivered it, in short they are irresponsible. Because they should be held responsible if a client asked for payment of $22 and received nothing.
