I came here on 1/1/24 around 12pm and let me say, this was the worst experience I have ever had. I went through the drive thru and when I pulled up the girl was on her phone. I had said "Hi, how are you!" As I always do and the girl did not look up at me, instead, I was given a "good, what do you want to order?." Very unpleasantly. Once I placed my order she was looking away from me and just turned the card reader towards me without telling me my total, I paid and moved forward.
Once I got to the drive thru window, I can say that the lady who was giving the orders was pleasant but the other staff behind her were all seeming to be unhappy. I had gotten home with my spicy chicken sandwiches meal and 12 piece nugget meal w/2 sprites and when I took a sip, the drinks were completely flat. The fries were also soggy and I had no sauce in my bag, which I had asked for.
Overall. This was not the best experience and I hope management can resolve this issue with customer service and ensuring quality food.

Waited at the drive thru window while I watched Jordan and his team serve 6 cars behind me as I wait for my food. Apparently the 17 minute wait was because they had no soup. All of that time going by and Jordan didn’t communicate at all or try and make the situation better after I waited that long. I’ve been going here for a long time and I know the service is better than this but the last three times I’ve come here I’ve had to get refunded for things that they don’t have in stock or simply just ringing up things wrong When it comes to redeeming points. An easy way to fix any problem is simply accommodate the customer and Jordan lacks the leadership skills in that aspect. Terrible experience. I would’ve left a negative survey but chick Fil an online service doesn’t work (convenient) so here’s the bad review instead.

They close at 9 and turn people on foot away, even though it’s known they’re open till 10pm, and there’s no way to order unless you have q car, that’s so dumb!

Super fast drive through service. We ended up going to sit inside and it was great. Everything was well stocked and ready to go! Food was reliable as ever. You can’t go wrong at Chick-fil-A!
