Terrible customer service and experience from this location, I received my food which included a large tea and drank half of it before I pulled into my house and realized that dark spots on the other side of my lid so I open the cup and there’s a bunch of black stringy things at the top of my drink/cup so I came all the way back to get a refund already frustrated that I wasted time driving back to fix their nasty mistake but atleast I got food out of the way and these people wanna say they can’t give me a refund for my one meal for the inconvenience. They made me walk to my car and get the cold food out of my car so they can throw it away instead of at least letting me have that, never coming back

Ordered grilled chicken bites and they came out with an extremely pungent smell, thought it was just the seasoning, tried to eat a few and have been sick all day.Avoid.
This is one of the cleanest Chick -Fil-A in Orlando. Even watched what appears to be the owner empty garage. Flowers in the bathroom. I'll pick this one every time.
It was about 30 min before closing, so we used the drive-through. Though both lines were long, they moved quickly. We were in and out with our food within minutes. Very efficient.
