On January 22, my family and I dined-in at the Orlando Square location. We had just landed from a stressful flight with two young children and still had a two hour drive. We were taken care of my Amos. We were blown away by how personable, mature, and caring he was to us. He even performed an elaborate magic trick for us! I asked his age and could not believe his answer - 17 years old. I believe Amos has a bright future ahead of him. He displayed strong leadership and people skills in the short time we spent in this location. Please recognize him for the great effort he put in with us to get to know us and engage with our children!

Bad service from the moment I walked in! I arrived at 8:40pm and the first thing Luisa told me was that they were closing and that I couldn't eat inside the restaurant! When they closed at 9:00pm, and when the manager handed me the food, she did it with attitude! She couldn't even bring herself to say good night!

I ordered my food and Maribel was the one who delivered it. She is very friendly, and very polite. Valuable employee that brought my favorite salad to me!

On December 31st I was gathering some last minute things with my son for New Year’s Eve my son suffers from low sugar so every so often his sugar tends to get lower and if he dosent eat food he can pass out for long hours so as he began to feel bad I decided to order the food through the app to make it quicker long story short I made the order to the wrong store and I called them to see if I can get a refund I explained the situation about my son and all the “ manager said was you should of made the order to the correct store and that he couldn’t do a refund not even because of my son on New Year’s Day they could of done something definitely taking this up higher . The “ manager “ should of had a bit more of consideration especially due to my son having low sugar and needing something asap before he got worse definitely wont order chick fil a again . Never even got my refund .
