This Chic Fil A is full of unprofessional teenagers. As I walked in two of the employees were shoving each other around. The blonde guy shoved the other guy into the kitchen door and giggled. Then he came and took my order. I asked for a wrap and a large fry. He asked if I wanted a combo. I said no, just the wrap and the fries. He said, any sauce and I said yeah chic fil a sauce. I paid, waited about 7 to 10 minutes. While waiting all the girls by the drive through werr very busy giggling and playing around as well. When I got my order it was only the wrap. No fries. I said there's supposed to be fries.. I mean why else would you have given me a wrap, dressing, and chic fil a sauce. I checked my receipt and I guess he had not charged me. The other guy offered to get me the fries, but honestly after waiting about 10 minutes for apparently just a wrap they could of grabbed out of the fridge as soon as I ordered it... if that was just my order, it was like no. I didn't want something for free. I just wanted my correct items as ordered. There wasn't even napkins in the bag. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and off-putting. I won't be going to this chic fil a again. They definitely do not uphold the same standard of excellence one experiences at most chic fil as.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A their customer service is always excellent. The only problem I had today is the young lady did not tell me that if I switch to a parfait it was an upsell on that and I wasn't expecting and prepared to pay the price cuz I had only brought in a certain amount of money and I know it was going to cost $13 and some change for the cheddar pretzel combo. Needless to say it came to almost $17 like it jumped almost $4 to order a parfait versus french fries. I find that disturbing I'm not complaining I just find that a little disturbing. I can go to Aldi's and buy a whole container of Greek yogurt for that price. Honestly I would like to know if the fast food chains are price gouging us. Not saying that you're doing that. But it's something to think about I know one thing I won't go out to eat often. I can get a day-old chicken for $3.97 at Walmart which is I could have got four of them for the price of the meal and that would have lasted me an entire month's worth of food. Ladies and gentlemen it's actually something to think about. No I'm not going to really recommend any fast food restaurant from now on I think I am kicking the habit. But thank you for the great customer service and the cleanliness of your place
