Let me start off with this. Every Chick Fil a we go too had GLUTEN FREE grilled nuggets. They are starting to hire really dumb employees. They have no clue about allergies. It only seems to be this location for now. Go somewhere else.

I have allergies and every other chick fa la can deal with them, just special the order and switch everyone’s gloves. But NO these stupid workers don’t know how to do that.

This review is personally for Maribel at the Orlando Square location. She is amazing! She delivers food with the company car. She is quick and efficient and ALWAYS has a smile on her face! If she forgets something off your order she’d redeliver it without issue. She’s dropped food off at my job multiple times. Great woman! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m very disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location. They are now charging for the first sauce, which I have never experienced at any other Chick-fil-A. This is the only location I’ve ever been to that does that.
On top of that, they don’t allow drink refills, even though the drinks already cost around $3. I got my food from the drive-thru, then came inside and politely asked if I could get a refill on the drink I already paid for, and they refused. The employee told me it’s “Chick-fil-A policy.” How am I supposed to know Chick-fil-A policy? I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations before and have never had an issue getting a refill.
This will be the last time I come to this location. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had here either. I expect better customer service and consistency from a place like Chick-fil-A.

This is our local chick fil a, and coming here has been increasingly disappointing. I get being busy, but this is such a joke and really annoying
I ordered for delivery, Maribel was very nice and fast with getting my food to me. 5 Stars easily!!

Bad attitude
The experience was below par, the operator, manager, and line operator were dismissive. My husband expressed concerns he had on our food and my husband was barely acknowledged. Yes he interrupted their manger meeting, but if you do not want your meeting interrupted do not have it in the open seating area. The only person that was friendly and should get props is the girl who brought our food to the table.

I had an amazing experience with Chick-fil-A, Maribel. She is greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. It is rare to find customer service that stands out, but Maribel really went above and beyond. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Would not refund me for an order I never received. According to them “the app asks you for your location “ I had just ordered a few minutes prior and received my food. Somehow the second time the app glitched and selected this location after I had selected the Sanford location. Me thinking it was being sent to the right location I marked it as “I’m here”. The store shouldn’t allow us to select were there if our location says elsewhere! I don’t have this issue with McDonald’s. They will notify you that you’re at the wrong location.
