I used to give this place great reviews, but the service has really gone downhill for some reason. Every time I order and get home, thinking everything I bought is in the bags, I find out it's not. I'm missing nuggets, or a salad, or fries, etc. Last time I was missing a whole 30-count order of nuggets and a small fry. What's up with this place?

We go to this chick fil a in maitland a lot! Have to say everyone is super friendly but Austin one of there employees there is the sweetest person ever! He is a greatest employee , he greets everyone when they come in, thanks people for stopping by and to come back again, and when he hands out orders he says enjoy your lunch! He is a very polite young man! I enjoy going there!
