I can completely understand that being in the airport can be a little stressful but the people that work at front simply hate their job !!!the one calling the people to give the food out even told a guy that kindly asked a question about his food was told by this lady if he doesn’t know how to read,very sad since chick fillA is known for great costumer service but not at this location

I ordered 1 Grilled Spicy Deluxe sandwich #6, 1 chick-fil-a #1 and 1 large fries. I was charged for 2 combo meals. I received 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and no drinks. I asked where the drink were. I was told it would cost extra. If I paid for 2 combos, then why didn't you give it to me? Or just charge for the 2 sandwiches and 1 fries as ordered. I felt like they were trying to trick me into paying again. I tried to ask why I was over charged and no body would help me. I hope this Chick-fil-a does not represent Chick-fil-a.
Worst chic filet experience ever. Nuggets were Luke warm and fries taste old and crunchy and brown. Not to mention I rested 27$ because o just couldn't eat it.

The lady was very rude, cut us off and didn’t let us finish ordering before she told us our total. Got back in line to order the rest of my food and she gave me a really nasty glare. As a manager that works at chick-fil-a It was really unprofessional. And not all the employees were wearing name tags.

First Time Visiting Orlando,FL. I am from California and thought this chick-fil-a would be up to par, sadly it wasn’t. The food is made already sitting in the warmer so don’t expect it to be fresh. The workers are on there phone very inappropriate work presentation. I would maybe save your money and wait to go to another chik-fil-a in the area. This was between 0630-0700.
