I usually don’t post a review but this is UNACCEPTABLE! I’ve been in a long flight and the cashier/ someone who takes orders named Rose doesn’t seem so friendly at all. You should put someone in front that receives visitors by greeting and welcoming them. Not a person who doesn’t give a look like what she did to me. Sighing? rolling her eyes out? Where is the hospitality management and training here? I’m so excited to go here in Orlando and that’s my first experience?? Wow!

They focus on quality ingredients, Southern charm, and great tea. Chick-fil-A has garnered a dedicated fan base across the United States, of which I am one. As of 2022, Chick-fil-A has over 2,500 locations throughout the country, making it one of the largest fast-food chains in the nation. In Florida alone, there are more than 220 Chick-fil-A restaurants, catering to the state's diverse population and visitors. This restaurant chain has made its mark in the realm of airport dining, with locations in numerous airports across the United States. This is one of these locations. It is located inside the Orlando airport but outside of the security in the common food court located between the A and B gates on the third floor. I have been to this location several times while waiting for luggage. The line to order is usually long but moves fairly quickly. The food is the same delicious quality food found at any Chick-fil-A location. The staff did not seem very friendly but they were professional. The prices seemed reasonable for airport food. Overall, it was a good experience with good food at a reasonable price.

The first time was great! The crew was fast and friendly. Today i came back but this time the crew don't even pay attention, the lady taking the order was talking to a coworker and just rude, she missed one of the order and didn’t provide receipt. Took too long to give my order. When i got it, it was stale and barely warm and missing a sandwich, so when i came back to ask they didn’t even apologize and just flatly say i didn't order what i ordered. Disappointing.

Imagine all the great things you love about Chick-Fil-A, and now bring them down a few notches. That’s this place. Better than anything else in the plaza, but just slightly worse than your hometown Chick-Fil-A.

Do not go here. They disgrace the Chick-fil-A name. Everytime I come here they don't care what you say or order. They always get the order wrong or missing. Also, as I waited for my food, many others complained about the same thing. I repeated my instructions multiple times clearly and they still got it wrong.

To bad this Chick - fil- A has such a wait. Can’t redeem your points, or scan for points. BUT we love our breakfast sandwiches, the food court is spacious, clean, very comfortable. People are waiting for their food. FYI, the only restaurant to have a line, out of many choicesKid-friendliness: This food court has a huge fish tank, nice and clean, the space is very open

The most useless and organized employees I've ever met took over 25 minutes just to get fries.
Norma at the register had an attitude and made smart remarks at my boyfriend because I guess she wants people to order in a certain way. All while she also spoke limited English. Needs retraining or a new job that she enjoys. Never had such a bad experience at a chick fil a.
