Jose, I think is the manager he attended me so bad, he took my order then he doesn't pay attention to my details. I said whitout lettuce and he never hear, he go back to another activity and never gave me the ticket. Crazy. Change this manager.

Her name was ANIE — easily the most disrespectful and rude Chick-fil-A employee I’ve ever encountered.
I’ve been going to Chick-fil-A for over 10 years, and this was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m only writing this because, honestly, the whole flight after, I couldn’t stop thinking, what did I even do to deserve that kind of attitude?
It was 6 AM — fine, maybe she was tired or having a bad morning. But that’s no excuse to treat paying customers like garbage. She was all smiles and friendly with the person before us (who happened to be speaking her language), and the moment she saw me, her entire demeanor flipped. I’m a person of color myself — I don’t care what language people speak — but I do care when I’m clearly being treated differently. At a freaking airport Chick-fil-A, of all places.
Normally I’d let stuff like this slide, but there were two separate incidents within 10 minutes that made it impossible. And if I’m writing a whole damn essay on Google Reviews about this person, you know it was bad.
First incident: my girlfriend doesn’t drink coffee and just wanted to try a sip to see if she liked it before buying one. You’d think I asked for her paycheck. I politely asked a couple of times if we could get just a little to taste (I’d already spent over $9 on food — wasn’t asking for a freebie). Instead of answering, she completely ignored the request and said, “You can go pick up your food in the corner over there.” I had to ask two more times before she finally handed over the tiny sample, acting shocked and visibly annoyed that I even asked. Not one smile, not a single “you’re welcome,” nothing — just cold, irritated energy. I said “thank you so much,” and she straight-up ignored me.
My girlfriend and I sat down afterward, looked at each other, and genuinely asked, “What did we even do?” We waited a long time before going back up because neither of us wanted to deal with her again.
Second incident: I finally went back up to order a light ice iced coffee. She looks at me weird, tosses in maybe two ice cubes, and starts pouring. I asked nicely for just a little more ice — completely ignored. When I asked for a small cup of ice on the side, she looked at me like I’d just asked her to hand over her retirement savings and mumbled, “Jesus Christ.”
That’s where I drew the line. I asked her if she had a problem with me, and she hit me with this fake, sarcastic line: “No sir, you get what you want, you get what you want.” Like seriously? That’s how you talk to customers?
This woman has no business working in customer service. She’s the exact kind of employee that ruins the reputation of a brand known for politeness and respect. If this is the standard Chick-fil-A’s hiring now, I guess I could apply too — apparently, you don’t even need basic manners anymore.
Honestly, this was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, period. Serious action needs to be taken against Anie, because no customer deserves to be treated that way — especially not at a place built on kindness and customer care. I’ll be avoiding Chick-fil-A at MCO from now on.

Other Chikfilas have done it better (sandwich was marginally better and the fries were crispier), but I was pretty satisfied with my order. Relatively inexpensive too.
Friendly staff and tasty food. Was very quick, you can’t really go wrong.

There’s no where to sit, (we sat at shake shack), NO SOUP,🙄😩 no strawberry lemonade, (the woman gave me a cherry drink, but told me it was strawberry lemonade), my throat started itching and burning, I knew instantly something was wrong, thank god I’m only semi allergic, the chicken sandwich meal is $12 - why is the chicken patty 2x smaller than the bun, (I didn’t take pictures cause my kids were starving lol), when my son pulled of his pickles I saw how small the patty was, the sweet tea is watered down and old, they need to clean the container it tasted spoiled.
They did keep the line flowing and compared to shake shack they’re significantly cheaper.

Wow. That was nice. I have 2 hours till my flight leaves for Frankfurt, but my credit card didn't work. I received a sample. A bun with a piece of filet and pickles. Thanks for saving my day.👍
Next time I'm in the U.S. you have a new customer.

We had breakfast at the chick fil a this morning and the it was not that good, we had the minis and they were covered in honey, I paid extra for fruit and it was mostly apples, and then the coffee was gross.
If you are in terminal C I recommend dining at one of the MANY other restaurants, there are numerous in the main terminal as well as better ones near the gates.

Check your order before heading to the gate. They made my Spicy Deluxe with regular cheese instead of Pepper Jack. It's too late to head back... 🥺

The worst customer service in the world. Malas caras y expresiones de mal gusto, and among themselves they speak Spanish as if other people didn't understand them.
Great Food, Freshly cooked & very well priced. 😋
This was our chosen lunch spot waiting for flight at Orlando.
We got spicy deluxe chicken Sandwiches and chocolate milkshake. Not long wait times either. They processed orders fast.
All sandwiches were consistent and yummy. Chocolate milkshake was lovey to enjoy in flight.
delicious needs to come to canada
The cashier was meh and when I got my order I was missing a sandwich. When I went up to the people in the register I overheard one of them calling me a liar and to end this they got one of the sandwiches wrong.
