My gift card was not received at this location but the manager went out of his way to work with the staff to resolve the issue. This chick-fil-a in the airport will be my stop every time I come to MCO, they will take care of you.

I had only one prior Chick-fil-a experience before this one, and this one will be my last. Ordering took forever, but its in an airport, I get it. The person taking my order was very hard to understand, and I had to drag information out of her. All the while they are SHOUTING names and numbers for folks to pick up orders. Order complete, I go to the side and wait for my name to be screamed/called. And waited, and waited. After 20 (I kid you not) minutes, I go up and ask - where is my order? Mass confusion, no one knows, finally they just fill up a bag with my stuff and send me off. After this, other people approached the counter to ask about their orders, so I was not alone. Sat down to eat my food, and it the most sad, cold, fast food I have had in a while. Fries were undercooked and cold (and I LOVE that style of fry) and my sandwich was just above room temperature. Sweet tea was watery, as I waited so long all my ice had melted. Its in an airport, so my expectations are not high, but this experience lowered the bar significantly. I'll never go back to another Chick-fil-a, too many other options for this sort of food around.

Glad i didn’t read the reviews or I’d likely given it a miss ? We ordered chicken nugget meal ( waffle fries and drink included) and an deluxe American meal and it was all correct and one of the best fast food meals we had over here.All food was freshly cooked and tasted decent with everything correct what we ordered.I’d definitely be going again next time we are here.

Got order completely wrong - forgot chicken on breakfast sandwich! Zero recovery waited a while for another sandwich and got one with worst biscuit I ever had - literally fell apart in your hand. Badly run place.

I was about to order a #2 Spicy Deluxe Sandwich Meal Combo and realized that I only had $7 in my Chick-fil-A account. I stood in the line and added $25 to ny account to cover the purchase. I placed my order and when I showed the cashier the QR Code for her to scan it, she said that they do not have the scanner here. She said that they are not part of the franchise and so they do not use that firm of payment at all. I explained what I just did about loading the $25 and now I can't use it. I said to her angrily that they could put up a sign of some sort to keep Chick-fil-A customers with accounts informed. She then called a manager and explained what I said. He repeated what she said to me and I told him that I know and asked if he could put up a sign. He said he doesn't think so and shrugged me off. To make matters worse, I walked away to a table to eat my sandwich and when I opened it, it the order was wrong. It was just a spicy sandwich. I'm sure this service is not up to par according to Chick-fil-A standards.
