without a doubt, this chick fil a has thee best customer service and food in ALL of central FL. i was greeted as soon as i entered , the place was clean from top to bottom ( including restrooms), and was checked on by not 1 but 2 employees while enjoying my meal. The staff genuinely care and are happy to be there. shoutout to Roger and Jimmie . my niece loved her toy and all of the disney character impressions.

Very busy. Didn't get all my order in my mobile order and had to go back to store to get the forgotten items. Check your order before leaving!

Visiting from Ohio. The staff at this location is exceptional. We placed an order in store and a mobile order. Each of our order was accurate and served quickly. During our dine in visit we were taken care of quickly and efficiently with kindness. Both staff in the dining room were older, but respectful and paid attention to details for our refill requests. I would highly recommend dining in at this chik fil a while in Orlando.

The girl took the wrong order. He didn't bring it to the table, he didn't warn us. We waited. Then it was delayed… and 3 employees came to tell us they were closing. Since we were still eating. We weren't talking, it was rude, coming 3 times to warn us. Since there were more customers inside eating.
I had to stop eating and bring it back to the hotel.
If it were at your house, would you do the same with guests? Here we are still paying.

This is the biggest CFA dining room I’ve ever been in! Nice and clean, new!

Everything as expected from Chik Fil A. Clean restaurant, friendly efficient staff, solid fast food. The spicy chicken sandwich with pimento cheese was good, but a little too sweet for my taste and surprisingly juicy and sticky. I ordered the side salad instead of fries with my meal, and was very pleased. Nice quality fast food salad but it was a generous size and the toasted red pepper bits were very tasty. So good value overall and worth the trip.

Been here about 40 times and they messed up my order on about half, the wait times in the drive through is considerably longer than any other chic fil a I’ve ever been to.
