The service was amazing. The lady who served me was friendly and helpful and the food was very good. I had never tried this kind of food and it was amazing. The colyflower was sautéed perfect, the egg plant melted in my mouth and the garlic sauce was perfect for making a pita sandwich. If your at the mall this is a great place to try out.

A little pricey but that’s because we get one to eat and one to go 😂 they’re so good! I love that they do double wraps of the thin pita, feels lighter. Love the grape leaves too.

The signs do not clearly indicate what is included in your order and what is considered a side dish. In my order, I thought rice would be included in the bowl. However, there was only meat and sauce served with two salads as side dishes. Overall, the prices are too high compared to the quality of the food. I found the service to be worse than expected. On the second plate, we ordered a wrap, but we wanted extra sides that we were willing to pay for, but the person who helped us appeared to be upset because we requested additional sides. Upon asking for one pita bread instead of two for the sandwich, the person assisting us became frustrated and said that they did not understand the instructions. The customer service is extremely poor.

I always have a hard time picking the best place to eat in a food court. Not only because there are usually more than 9 options to choose from (according to neuroscience our brains are not designed to handle more than 9 choices at once) but also because I'm often trying to pick the best option in terms of macros, value and, of course, taste. Chickpeas hits the 3 criteria so it's frequently my pick when I need a bite after a long stroll through the mall. I particularly like their sauces (the garlic one is addicting), veggies (especially the slightly burnt eggplant), falafel and lamb. I am, however, awarding it 4 stars instead of 5 because they use store bought pita wraps. Guys, you can make your own pita or buy it from a smaller producer that uses better ingredients...
