It’s in a mall, a little pricey but worth every penny! It was incredible!!! I had bowl with chicken. Try it!!!

BAD experience, the boy named SEBASTIAN from Colombian settlement treated us extremely badly, he doesn't know how to deal with the public, he spoke to us horribly, the attention was terrible on his part; Except for the girl at the checkout and a boy named Luis, they were the ones who treated us very well. Thanks to them, we finished placing the order. Very KIND LUIS and the girl at the checkout congratulated them; They should change that rude SEBASTIAN; The food was very bad, they didn't take care of the details, the chicken was pure skin, the place was pathetic.

They add a 20% tip without even asking you and charged me for something else that was more expensive. No receipt given so you can’t even see what you are being charged for and the breakdown of the items you paid for. I tried to tell them this but they were very rude and did not refund me the money back. How can this even be permitted. Absolutely no customer service. This has happened twice now. Food was tasteless and cold. Don’t go here.

I used to love going here as the food was good and I had loved the eggplant and cauliflower wrap. I ordered it today and it was cold and not good. They also wanted to charge me for the sauce because I wanted it on the side instead of on it. The staff were extremely rude and nasty not to mention the 3% up charge on the food. I have been here several times and the food was starting to go downhill but this was the worst. I definitely won’t be back.

Great customer service eventhough we got there late. Ran out of chicken but had a really good beef wrap and lamb wrap.

I have eaten at chickpeas several times at the millennia mall. The very first time that I had eaten there the food was very good. The service was good and the price was right.

Overtime, they have let their standards drop. The food is not at the correct temperatures and now they are hiding credit card service charges up to the point of transaction, that is … they advertise one price and after you get your food, you have a completely different price on your bill which is justified by a small print card at the cash register.

The food is barely the correct price at the lower price let alone to have an additional 3% added to the price. It doesn’t matter what they’re justification is they should just put the correct price up on the sign so that you can make a realistic judgment or avoid eating there all together. This particular meal was certainly not worth the price.

Additionally, when my food was finally prepared and boxed, it sat there while the attendant took care of other customers rather than just cashing me out and completing my transaction.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. They skimp the hell out of the food and the staff ignored me and my requests but catered to what my boyfriend wanted. Any add on is an up charge as well. Don’t waist your time with this establishment

I visited Chickenpeas Fresh Mediterranean Kitchen at The Mall at Millenia in Orlando last week and decided to try their chicken shawarma. The flavors were absolutely delicious, with the seasoning and sauce coming together perfectly. Every bite was packed with fresh, authentic taste. My only wish was that the shawarma was a bit larger—it's on the smaller side. But honestly, the taste more than made up for it. If you're looking for a quick, flavorful Mediterranean bite, this place is definitely worth checking out!

The food is great and the service is quick. However, when checking out today I noticed that the cashier automatically added a 15% tip. I saw this and cancelled the transaction and asked him to re-ring it up w/out adding the tip. He did it two more times, finally I was able to hit back and make my selection. For a restaurant at the mall where you have to wait in line for 20 mins for your food, and you’re already paying restaurant prices ($15 a plate), it is not honorable to add a 15% tip to your guests’ totals. Please be aware when checking out.

Lady assisting us is super dry and has no customer service skills. Also the portion sizes were lackluster for the price you are paying. There are better options in the surrounding Orlando area.

Fake advertising: selling lamb giro (a type of lamb-based sausage) labelled on the menu as “lamb shawarma” (slices of lamb meat). Overpriced and low-mediocre food quality. Not recommended for the people who actually like real shwarma.
