Me and my girlfriend go to chilis all the time and the service is usually great. We have came to this one twice now and the second time was a nightmare. We usually go by ourselves by this time we had a party of six people that being because her family came along. Me and my girlfriend got there first and asked for a table and we weren’t sat because another person needed to be there? Odd since we usually get sat right away no matter what. We finally sit down with our family and the server was already starting wrong. This man looked to be around his 40s tall white man we never got his name or his managers name but off the bat when my girlfriend spoke to him she was being called kiddo, buddy, etc. we are both 19 about to turn 20. My girlfriend wanted a 10 ounce steak but she wanted to do the 3 for me like how i did she asked if there could be an up charge for the ten ounce but the server immediately shut her down instead of trying to work with the client or explain that the computer will literally just not let him change it but no he became immediately hostile. I got a cajun pasta and I asked if i could change my chicken to crispy chicken (which has been done before) and he said no immediately I do not fight it or push it. Our entries come around and my girlfriend asked again if she could change it this time clarifying that she doesn’t mind paying more. The server gets hostile and tells her how no it isn’t possible and doesn’t explain why just no he, without her asking, immediately fetches his manager and refers to my girlfriend as a “young man”. The manager a heavier 50 something year old male also treats my girlfriend as someone less because we look younger. We both work in environments such as this and she just wanted an apology for the hostility from the server, never got one. He was just outright rude and nasty towards her. I recommend changing the attitude if you want a tip especially when your wage relays heavily on it.

I dont know what's going on. But, I was your biggest fan for the portion sizes on your like 3 for $10.99 and up. But, the portion size ai gor yesterday for the chicken tenders is Horrible...... Your now only giving about 1/2 the portion sizes. The chicken tenders i got, I would expect my grandkids to get. Very Disappointed.........

The restaurant was clean the stuff was friendly the food was great My server Jason was excellent I'm 70 plus years old and I've never had a better waiter in my life if you go in there you need to get him as your waiter if you want complete satisfaction you can tell he loves his job and likes to take care of his tables

Had the worst experience, my son wanted to celebrate his 16th birthday here. Worst decision. From the time we got there until we left, food was good but the service was terrible. It was 10 of us, we were taken to two booths, I asked for a single table they said they don’t do that, ok no problem, when we asked for two bigger tables the young lady made a face. Should have known then. They sat us and attitudes continued, dressings that we asked for were forgotten, had to keep asking for things. Dirty dishes day in front of us for 20 minutes, I timed it. When we asked for plates four the birthday cakes, they were never brought, we went home and had cake, my son’s birthday ruined. Never saw a manger until I asked once my wife and son were outside. She had no answers. Never be back. And it was slow, hardly any tables with guest.

Clean, fast service, food was amazing and still hot. The team surprised us with a Happy Birthday song with true excitement for my son to be 3 year old when I thought they were just going to hold our cake in their kitchen. . Last chilis in polk county didn't do that so I was grateful for their kind, thoyghtful gesture and my little boy was super excited and happy . Great place . 👌
