Arrived around 8:50 pm, was immediately sat down but didn't see our server till around 10-15 minutes later. I ordered an alcoholic drink and a soft drink but didn't see either for around 10-20 minutes. When the server came back he collected my order and I asked for a medium 6 oz sirloin. I waited another 10-15 minutes before receiving my order and when it came the sirloin came over cooked and was very chewy with no red anywhere on the meat. The entire time I was here at the restaurant the server appeared to be more focused on their bigger tables and neglected me. I ended up having an empty drink with no server for around 10-15 minutes with no check ups. All in all, I feel this chilli's franchise could use some work in the customer service area. If you don't mind waiting an exceedingly long time for your server/food/upkeep I'd recommend coming to this establishment, if not, I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a bite to eat.

A real disappointment for lunch. The quesadilla was okay enough but the mozzarella cheese sticks were way too fried. So were the chicken strips. I had bad acid reflux. Last night, I had bad food poisoning and endured chills, achy body, coughing, and congestion. The restaurant and bathroom were both dirty. Our first table was wobbly. The second was too sticky. Finally we had a decent table. Do not eat here!!!

I came here with my club and let me say, the service was great!! Our servers were so nice and accommodating and got everything out in a timely manner, I wish I got their names. The food was tasty and well done. I’d definitely come here again, 10/10 highly recommend.
