The food here was superb. It was all delicious and tasted amazing. The service by my sever was also amazing. And the manger was god sent. He reduced our wait time for 1 hour to 20 min. Overall I had an amazing experience here

the wait was little longet about 45 mins but that was to be expected being valentines weekend and a holiday weekend. it didnt take long for us to get servie when we were seated. Our waitor Luke was sooooo awesome. it gave great customer service the whole time. the $6 drinks were on point, the food was hot, and the restaurant was very clean. I would visit this Chilis again next time i am in Orlando.
Parking: since it was valentine weekend and holiday weekend the parking lot was full. we had to wait on people to leave to get a spot..

We all came here and had to wait 25 mins as the place was super busy. The food was great and our waitress was friendly and the absolute best. I'm glad we got her as there were a couple others full of attitude that we witnessed.

Last night Our group of 13 walked into Chili’s on a busy night , expecting the usual challenges of dining with a large party45-1hr waits, mixed-up orders, and slow service. But from the moment we arrived, the Chili’s team lead did his best and served us three tables in 20mins. He was on top of everything.
The host Josh immediately found a way to seat us comfortably, keeping us informed while they prepared our table. Despite the bustling atmosphere, our server handled everything flawlessly. They took our orders with precision, double-checked dietary preferences, and made sure drinks were constantly refilled all with a friendly attitude that made the experience even better.
What really stood out was how organized the entire staff was. Our food arrived quickly, hot, and exactly as ordered no mix-ups, no delays. Even with such a large group, they coordinated everything smoothly, ensuring that everyone got their meal at the same time.
From start to finish, Chili’s delivered an exceptional dining experience. If you’re looking for a restaurant that can handle big groups with ease while keeping the quality top-notch, this is the place to go. Huge thanks to the team for making our night stress-free and enjoyable!
