Chili's food is consistent with any Chili's you may visit. We ordered the triple dipper to share and our friend ordered the 3 for me. Plus we got the complimentary chips & salsa because of my account. Everything came out hot and in a timely manner. Also the lava cake was an absolute splurge but soooo worth the extra thousand calories. Furthermore, the 5 stars is mainly because of the AMAZING service by our Emily! We had to call the manager over just to praise her quality of service! We never had to ask for a refill she was already showing up with a refilled glass, when we needed another basket of chips she was was coming up behind us with a fresh one. Impeccable service and genuine hospitality! From now on whenever we want a Chili's dinner at this location, we will call ahead and beg for Emily to be our server, if you've had the pleasure of her service you already know she deserves a 40% tip every time!

I haven’t been to a Chili’s in over 2 years due to lack of service and quality of food. I came here today with low expectations and was won over by the great tasting food and the friendliness of the staff our waitress Caitlyn was phenomenal she gave recommendations and was very quick with service and always had a smile. I will definitely be coming back.

We have not been to Orlando in 6 years and this was always a place we would always visit before without fail. It's changed inside and no complaints from us,the staff were great,the food was just as good as before. We are so glad we returned & will no doubt be back before we depart. Went for my friend's birthday it was a last minute decision but they still took us in I think it was 8-9 of us and a time was still had!!!! From the server to the food everything was on point!!!!
