Chili's Grill & Bar

The service was HORRIBLE! There was one poor guy working the entire half of the restaurant and bar. Didn't stop at one of the tables at all and the couple had been sitting there for about 30 min. He took our order and after 45 min asked us what it was that we ordered (which was just chips and queso) and he realized he never put our order in. When we got our food the queso had no meat in it like it usually does and I'm pretty sure my dirty martini was watered down. Wish I would have seen the reviews before eating there.

Ummmm there’s a freaking hidden Chilis on the 4th floor?! The signage is AWFUL! It looks all blocked off from the way TSA has the line structured… but it’s not. There’s escalators and elevators up to here. Luixavier (Bartender) was excellent, he made good recommendations, menu had better pricing that McDs/BK/Chick… sure it’s a smaller menu but it was the same quality as your local neighborhood chilis. The crew has been cleaning non stop since I’ve been sitting here. I’ve been flying in and out of MCO for a year… had no clue. Mind blown. Honey Chipotle Crispers for the win. I’ll def be back.

Madison is Amazing! She is probably one of the nicest, most personable people that I've ever met, and I've met a few. You guys have a Gem with Madison. Her friend Ari is nice too.

Service was mediocre at best. Food was def subpar. Restaurant was filthy. I've used much cleaner bathrooms in gas stations in Harlem.

Wonderful food and even better service!! Darla was amazing!! After having to be here since 4am at the airport after a cancellation on our flight she put smiles on our faces!! Just great service!!

I am currently standing at the hostess stand and have been for 15 minutes. I was not acknowledged by anyone for 10 minutes and now there’s still no one at the stand. Who knows how much longer it’ll be before they even take my order and then on top of that I would have to wait. Who knows how long for it. I’m leaving. Totally unacceptable.

Would avoid this place unless you have cash! The food was just ok. Not only was our waiter John rude when answering our request he felt the need to alter my receipt and tip himself over $70 for a tab that was split between 2 people and was not authorized nor earned! Lesson learned I will only pay cash or pay through the Chilis app since the employees can’t be trusted!
