The food was good but honestly this was some of the slowest service I’ve ever encountered. We were there at 4:30 on a Saturday. A whopping three tables had people. We ordered a kids meal and a triple dipper. We were there for close to 90 minutes. Our waitress was friendly but never gave us refills and took upwards of 10 minutes for a simple request like straws or sauce. The place had as many employees working as they did patrons and still couldn’t get it together to refill our water. I genuinely have no idea what could take so long when there are so few patrons. Even getting the bill took forever. I will never make the mistake of visiting again.

I swear, the bartender would hang around for 5 minutes, then disappear for 30 minutes. Tons of employees walking around, with 2 total tables in the restaurant. The amount of overhead at this place, must be crazy expensive.

The place is quiet, which is why I tried it despite the reviews. I made a mistake. My server was great and clearly overworked trying to cover too much. The hostess was less friendly. I hate complaining, but I couldn't eat the meal I bought. The fries and chicken tenders were terrible. Please change your fryer oil.

Just a very odd Chilis! Whoever owns this location does not operate it well. It has become a joke for our family to see if we can get a table and every time we get a new excuse over the past 5 years. Either we are short staffed and can’t seat you or kitchen closed. Love chilis but definitely don’t go to this one!
Literally do not eat here

We waited a few minutes before being seated, but our waiter, Joe, made up for it with excellent service, pleasant demeanor and attentiveness. Our lunch was tasty, chicken tenders and fries were good and hot, but the broccoli had macaroni in it. We were able to put our luggage aside, enjoy our meal and drinks while waiting for our flight. Thank you again, Joe!

Flight was cancelled and was so excited to get some food and a margarita before going to our hotel. Walked up 1.5 hrs before they were scheduled to close and was told the kitchen was closed. I asked if we could grab a drink before they close for the night (ALLEGEDLY 9 pm and it was 7:40). The bartender said no because he wanted to go home. Actual tears were shed and we went to Romano’s downstairs for two shots.

Clean and inviting. Food is good and the sports are always on. The drinks are tasty. We enjoyed this spot for date day/night.

The place was almost completely empty. After waiting a few minutes for someone to seat us, we were told to wait for 25 minutes because they were short staffed in the kitchen. So rather than seating us at one of the many open tables and letting us get drinks, we were expected to wait up front. Of course we left.
