I rarely make reviews on restaurants, but felt it was appropriate this time. My daughter and I went to our local Waterford lakes chili’s on Monday. We stood in the lobby 15 mins before anyone even acknowledged or seated us, and 15 mins after seated no one came to our table. There was another couple behind us that had the same experience. Love… even if you have a problem the managers will fix it !
When I ordered online I immediately called and asked for the vegetables in my fajitas be VERY VERY well cooked.
When my husband got the order home, I realized the vegetables were barely cooked at all. Literally almost raw. Then when I picked up a piece of chicken, it was limp, slimy, and cool. Not lukewarm as I expect a takeout order to be, but barely heated. If i had to guess, Chili's are now buying the chicken pre-cooked and simply microwaving it.
