service was great... food was warm and bland. at least the qp from McDonald's is seasoned. they charge two dollars for lettuce and tomato. chilis used to be good but there are better options for the price
Great experience with takeout tonight, only took about 15 minutes for them to make it, was yummy and the manager even let me get a refund on one of my triple dippers and keep it when I accidentally ordered two.

Arkemedies ( I think that’s how you spell it ) was our server tonight and I just have to say that I don’t typically leave reviews but he was probably one of the best servers I’ve had in my life. His entire section was full but he was EXTREMELY attentive to everyone and very kind. I will definitely be back and I’ll be asking to be sat in his section again.

Excellent food. Great service. Our waitress was on top of things and exactly the right amount of attentive. Food came out pretty late. But it was a very busy Saturday night. Chili's is one of my families favorite places to eat in the Waterford lakes area.
