Took my mom here today. Had the 3 for 12.99. Sweet tea, chips and salsa and bacon cheeseburgers. Everything was delicious. Jill was our waitress, and she was phenomenal! Best server we've had in a long time!

I had a disappointing experience with a to-go order where my steak was severely undercooked. To their credit, Chili’s provided a “Be Our Guest” coupon to make up for it, which I appreciated. However, my second visit didn’t redeem the experience.
Placing my order took two phone calls and 20 minutes on hold—getting hung up on the first time didn’t help. Upon pickup, I didn’t think to check the bag, only to get home and realize my side was completely missing. Frustrating to deal with back-to-back mistakes. Not sure I’ll be back.

Honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a chilis! Charles was our server and while he was busy this night he checked on us 3 times and ignored us the rest of the night. The management was horrible when this was brought up I recommend finding another place to eat!

Good food. The quesadillas were really good. As was the potato soup. Ranch was disappointing. It was thin and runny. Our waiter was excellent.
fajitas were AWFUL. bartender was great. server was lost in her job she seemed so confused. honestly the cheese sticks are the only good thing about this place. bathrooms are gross tables are dirty.

I’ve been down in the dumps and my friend take me to chilis to cheer me up. We are sat down immediately and politely. There I see the menu and BOOM 2 for one beers. My mood is lifted to the skies. Beer paired with my steak fajita what could be better? Go to chilis becuase not only for their amazing food and drinks. But when you enter your family.

My girlfriend and I were there Wednesday evening 1/15/25 and it was the worst experience I have ever had at any Chillis. The table they sat us at was sticky, our waitress couldn't be bothered to bring us extra napkins. Our 2 for 1 drinks were basically soapy water with sour mix. Our burgers were so greasy they soeaked the buns. We both decided it was easier just to pay the tab and leave then bother. I will never be returning. I could not be more dissapointed.
