Kevin is hands down the best server I’ve had at Chipotle. Super friendly, attentive, and actually cared about getting the order right instead of rushing through it. He made the whole experience better, which isn’t something you can say about every visit at this chain. Because of Kevin, I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. I hadn't been to a Chili's in years, and honestly, my last experience left me pretty disappointed. Because of that, I went in with low expectations this time, but I'm so glad I gave it another shot! Everything, from the service to the food, was a significant improvement. Our server, Jamie, was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. And the food! I was genuinely impressed. My meal was hot, fresh, and delicious, a complete turnaround from what I remembered. Chili's has stepped up its game. I'm genuinely happy we decided to stop in, and I'll definitely be back sooner rather than later!
