I asked to exchange my food for something else instead of a refund . I slightly touched the beef ( obviously to taste it ) was not satisfied. They would not exchange or give me money back because I was already Eatting it . Also was forced to add a tip into the bill . Unfortunately I will not be returning. Forced to charge guests 18% tip! I dined alone and when I paid the bill, the receptionist pointed to the 18% tip line on the receipt and asked the guest to pay. The tip amount should be voluntary, but this mandatory requirement made the guest very uncomfortable!

We went this restaurant after a day in Universal Studios, just craving for something spicy, and I'm glad to have a Sichuan restaurant so close by. The restaurant was clean, food was pretty good, it's a decent dining experience overall, will be return to try other dishes if in Orlando again.
