Celebrated my birthday at Chima Steakhouse with my husband. Service was amazing and food was delicious!! Must try the cheese with the honey and the pineapple!! Highly recommend the restaurant 10/10!!

We've been here about 10 times so far since they open love the restaurant food is awesome. The service is great. The drinks were spot on can't say enough good things about this restaurant highly recommended. If you're a fan of Fogo de Chão, then you would much rather come to this restaurant.
We had a wonderful experience overall! To start, our server, Felipe, was outstanding! Couldn't ask for better. The food was incredible and all of the servers bringing the food around were very quick and always friendly. We would definitely recommend for any occasion.
My real issue is that although the Gauchos were very attentive, we would ask for rare or med rare on the beef items and they would cut off a piece and say it is rare or med rare and in many cases it was well done or very med well done. Then you have this dry piece of beef on your plate and feel obligated to eat it. They need to pay more attention to that. For the price, which is on the higher end for Brazilian Steakhouses, you expect to get what you ask for. Also, the 2 cocktails we ordered were $20 each and they were basic cocktails (no top shelf etc).

This was my first time at Chima and I was wowed by the food (of course) and even more so by the service. Filipe was INCREDIBLE and made our experience even better! He was so attentive and kind. I was celebrating being 5 years cancer-free and he even gave me a complimentary dessert. We had an amazing dining experience!

Our delightful dining experience - expertly facilitated by our waitress Cristiane - was excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant. The fresh, varied, healthy, abundant salad bar is the beginning. Plenty of meats in every imaginable variety made it to our table again and again. We will soon return to Orlando's Chima Steakhouse. And so should you!

Our favorite gaucho-style Brazilian steakhouse in town. We're local and prefer this local upscale location rather than the more touristy (and noisier) places down the road on I-Drive. The selection of meats including seafood, grilled Brazilian cheese, and pineapple are wonderful, and the service is top-notch. We'll keep returning.

Absolutely stunning! First impression was outstanding. The building stands out and you cannot wait to enter. The inside is just as beautiful. Service is unmatchable. Being in the hospitality industry for 22 years I have extremely high expectations and Chima did not disappoint. Ask for Chelsea as your server - one of the most professional and knowledgeable you'll have the pleasure of being served by. If Pablo and Caesar (the gouchos) are working, you're in for a real treat. They are engaging, entertaining and truly at your service. Al, the General Manager is sure to stop by the table and what a charming man! I was truly impressed overall and cannot wait to come back. Perfect restaurant for a date night, family night out or even a large celebration. Karen, the sales manager happened to be there and was kind enough to give us a tour of the private dining rooms. The meal was impeccable. The selection is everlasting and everything is cooked to perfection. We have a gluten free guest and he had so many options and was excited to eat such a variety during dinner. My favorite was the lamb and Pablo kept it coming! I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a unique experience.

Truly the best dining experience I've had in years. Our server Christiana was the best server we've had in years as well. She was so knowledgeable and kind and attentive and went above and beyond for us. The hostesses working were so sweet and thoughtful. The men bringing the meat around were amazing, one of them (I think he was the main guy) made sure we got the meats we wanted and was so attentive. The manager was also so attentive and kind. We had the most amazing experience and would recommend this to everyone!!!
We had a great experience at Chima Orlando. We come from Fort Lauderdale and always have a great experience there so we wanted to try the Chima Orlando when we were in the area. The atmosphere was great and our server, Luiz was fantastic. He was so kind and attentive. He really went above and beyond for our family while we ate there. The manager and Luiz was always checking to see if there was anything we needed and if we were enjoying ourselves. 10/10 would highly recommend this location and big thanks to Luiz for making our dinner great.

Had reservations for a party of 3 which we were promptly seated. We each ordered Drinks from the bar, they were all very Tasty. We started our eating journey ( so much food ) everything seemed very good until about 5:00am I was awaken to a cramping stomach, which turned into Diarrhea for the next several hours. I didn’t think much about it until I got a phone call in the afternoon from 1 of the other gentleman that was there and he stated that he was very sick throwing up and Diarrhea , his lasted all Sunday and all Sunday night. The 3 person in our party didn’t get sick at all . I called the Restaurant Monday morning around 11:00am proceeded to tell the girl what happened and she stated that there was not a manager around so she took my name and number and said a manager would call me ? Never Received a call Back , Very Poor Management.

All meats that came to us, which was sparingly due to them just walking straight past our table when we were ready, were either completely over cooked or rare to the point the meat was cold. Meat was basically stacked on our plates from it being inedible and no one came to ask if everything was ok.
