Ordered half a gallon of rice and truly every bite was as good as the first. Excellent.

This was my go to China restaurant that I’ve been eating at for years! They were so good I literally stopped eating elsewhere. Plus they were a cute husband/wife duo that put their hearts into it and we love supporting small business. Over the last few months thought things have changed and I understand the economy is getting tight, food prices are rising but these changes are just going to push away your loyal customers.

My wife and I would mostly use uber eats but we did order in store when we visited Publix. Would always order a minimum of 3 dinner plates with 6 sides, mostly 2 egg drop soup and 4 wonton soup.

My wife has been doing the ordering for the last 6 months since ubereats gave her uber one for free, so she would order Chinese for us and The last time she ordered food she clicked the re-order dishes like she always did and a warning popped up, which she though was just related to the the price jump from $12.95 a plate to $14.95 a plate; however, it wasnt until it arrived that I realized we lost 3 sides. We only got 3 soups instead of our normal 6.

I then went back on my ubereats account and sure enough, it’s no longer two sides! The worst part of it all is that it wasn’t just price increase, it was a double price increase when they decided to also remove the second side. It also doesn’t help that we noticed that the wontons in the soup also went down from 3 per soup, down to 2 per soup.

I was still happy to support the price increase but removing a side basically added another $2/3 silent increase on top of the price increase. I always avoided the lunch menu because it wasn’t two sides, but now there’s no reason to do that anymore. I wish the owners all the best, but it’s time for me to order elsewhere. My family will come back when they bring back the two sides with their dinner entrees, until then I wish them the best luck with their continued business model.

Service was quick. Location was clean. They have a good lunch special offer for the price and amount of food, different from other Chinese food restaurants in the area.

My 3 star review is based on the food. Though it was hot as if just cooked which is great, it was lacking in the flavor aspect. We got lo míen with 2 choices of entrees. The lo míen was very bland, tasted like nothing but soy sauce, one meat just tasted like breaded meat in a sauce, and the other was missing seasoning. Overall, we are willing to try something else from thier menu and give them another try.

Has there been a change in management? The food quality went down on what I'm used to and the prices increased

The food was great with a short wait. We ordered dumplings, fried chicken wings and mild General Tso's chicken. The portions were large as well.

The service is ridiculous and they’re so slow! I’ve called twice to speak to a manager to ask for the status of my order and no one seems to know the status. Absolute horrible service! I had four, FOUR Door Dasher wait for my order! Never ordering from this place ever again! I suggest you don’t either!

China Brothers used to be good. The girls who takes orders is rude cannot get your order right. Our last order was short 1 dinner and the food was not the same.. The prices are ridiculous now and have asked them several times to update their menu prices. Will be looking for a new place to eat.

I ordered my food online and went to pick it up 30 minutes later, but it still wasn’t ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. I don’t understand the benefit of ordering online if the food isn’t prepared on time. This is the second time this has happened. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed. Used to get wonderful food and customer service. Have bought food twice recently: general tso tofu and veggie lo mein once, was hugely disappointed with the uncooked noodles, lack of sauces, and poor texture of the tofu (photos speak for themselves). Thought we’d given them another try with just miso soup, discovered that there’s zero tofu in it and basically just water. Called to discuss our disappointment; the manager did not apologize, said they stopped putting tofu in the miso soup (who does that, literally what is the point then), said he was going to go speak to someone (probably the chef), we were put on hold and he never came back on the line.

Safe to say we will not be going back.
