Have eaten here for years. Today, well this was no where near the quality. The owners are great, but are providing their inexperienced 2 children maybe 14, and 16 to cook. No ac working , front door open, uncooked spring rolls, yellow rice, uncooked sweetness sour chicken, etc. Just a bad night for ordering here.

My spouse and I ordered - Bourbon Chicken and lo mien; General Tso’s chicken. It was delivered cold and the chicken was so tough we couldn’t chew it. So, spending $40+ for Chinese food that’s inedible WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. I’m writing this as fair warning but I’m also going to the restaurant to complain ASAP.

China Star was consistently recommended to me and finally tried it. It was some of the best Chinese food I’ve found in Orlando. I had no intentions on ordering the General Tso Chicken but after reading the reviews, I was convinced to order it. It was super delicious; spicy and tangy and the chicken was crispy. Two thumbs up! I also ordered the fried dumplings which were also really good.

I ordered General Tso Combination Plate- I specifically asked "clearly" for Extra General Tso Sauce- would have been happy to pay extra to get it. And it could not have been more dry!! Horrible and a Chinese rest. is only as good as the ingredients and the sauce to me is everything! I asked for Duck Sauce- and they handed me a tube of duck sauce like it was Ketchup! Grose!! Duck Sauce is easy to make- why they do not have it says a LOT about this place unfortunelty. Cheap Duck Sauce - Cider Vinegar-water-sugar-dot of ketchup for color-OR do it Right Brown or dark sugar-Apple Sauce-little water and Cider Vinegar and if you want a touch of honey.

I got food for the family last night. When I arrived she told me the price. Ok I knew I order a few things separate. So I was expecting the bill to be up. But what I didn't expect to be over charged. Minded that I called back and add 2 items. But she charged me twice like I was stupid. I let it slid. Because I wanted to add it all up the next morning yes. They got me, never again. I'll go back to the place iv been going before i left hight school and I'll dive way over there. Just knowing they not out to get you.Not worth my money ever again.
