I’ve ordered Chinese and other Asian food before, but this was my first time going by myself without a friend who usually helps me order. After I got my food, I realized I had forgotten to ask for napkins, so I went back inside to get some.

When I asked, the staff member didn’t speak English very well and said something about “other” or “wrong,” which left me confused. Another staff member then spoke to another girl and said, “It’s okay, I’ll make you a new one,” but they didn’t explain anything to me. I asked multiple times if my order was correct, but no one answered me, which made me feel ignored and invisible.

When I finally got what I needed, I just said thank you and left. I know there was a language barrier, and I also didn’t check my order carefully, so I take responsibility for that.

The food that was given to me by mistake ended up in the trash because my pregnant friend doesn’t like it. They could have simply asked me, and I could have returned it from the car, instead of feeling awkward standing there.

Overall, the experience felt confusing and frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t go back.

I've ordered twice here and I absolutely love it. The food is serve fresh. The cook was very polite and helped me ordered my food. I recommend everyone to come here. And you gotta try their homemade lemonade, it's the best!

It is a very dirty place and the attendants are bitter.

An arrogant and disrespectful Chinese receptionist and worker, who speaks in a bad and contemptuous manner and lacks the most basic conditions and qualifications for work, such as smiling and treating people with respect. Unfortunately, I do not advise anyone to go there.

The lady at the front was like extremely rude and and didn’t know how to speak to anyone with respect and the food was disgusting and the cooks used the same spoon for numerous of orders I will highly recommend not to ever come here.

My personal experience with the cashier has been distasteful! She was rude, impatient when I asked for clarification on the menu. I simply don’t even like this place anymore. The last stopped me from ordering lunch by making me wait for dinner pricing. I’m disappointed because I order often.

Food is very good and fresh .

I have lived in this area for 4 years. At first, the food did resemble what the title they advertise but the food quality has declined so bad. On top of that, the customer service is rude as hell. If you value customer service, do not come here. If you dont care for it, then give them a shot but remember to come back to this review let me know how burnt the food was. I stopped coming here and started to visit China wok on John young. Healthier Chinese food with better customer service. Trust me on this.

They left menus in our door ways. We tried it out. Food was pretty amazing. But rude on the phone which is why only 4 stars.

I just ordered shrimp fried rice and sweet-and-sour chicken and a lemonade for delivery. The delivery was fast. The food is steaming hot. I am so glad that I ordered my food from this place and the price was very affordable.
