I walked in and the woman behind the counter looked at me and continued doing whatever she was doing. After about five minutes of ignoring me, I asked her if I could place an order. She walks over and looks at me. Doesn't say a word. Then, finally asked, what do want? I looked back at her and walked right out. Do not spend your money at this place. Like the other reviews mentioned, their service is terrible.

Though the food is OK, the customer service sucks. The female attendant at the front; is very rude, Does not talk to her customers, does not smile, does not have no interaction. There was about five new customers that came in after me, that waited at least 15 minutes to get her attention afterwards, And she was rude to them. They left without even ordering. That’s not good service.

I hate to say this but I really use to love this place, now it's really not the same as it was before the food has changed completely I guess because the prices of food has gone up a lot make no difference to me. Be who you are and if they like the food they will pay whatever you charge. They really need to remember you get what you pay for and your are definitely not getting it at this place anymore. I've decided not to return to any of these establishments until the quality of food goes back to where it was before.

The customer service is poor, apparently the woman who works in the front is RUDE always no matter what. I think she must be one of the owners. Don’t dare ask how long your on line order will be because she proceeds to tell you she’s cooking also. I am writing about this place, however nothing is going to change.

I live 5 minutes from here! It use to be my go to until I couldn't take the women at the counter! I pass right by because of the extremely poor customer service and in my honest opinion, the place just doesn't seem clean. My biggest issue with CHINA TASTE is the horrible customer service. That lady has no business dealing directly with the customers. Let her peel shrimp or steam some rice. If I spend my money in your establishment at least greet me and let me feel appreciated. I feel they are comfortable coming into our black community and treating us as if we are bothering them. Its so disgraceful

ordered takeout and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I arrived after 15 minutes but had to wait an additional 20 minutes for fried rice and chicken. I didn’t complain, but when I asked for extra duck sauce, she only gave me two more. When I asked for two more, she just stared at me and asked why I needed extra sauce. There were no other customers, so it wasn’t like she was busy. I explained, which I shouldn’t have had to, that I like to eat my chicken and rice with duck sauce. She still didn’t give me any more. I asked if they charge extra for the sauce since I had change, but she ignored me, so I left. I’m not going to argue with someone over sauce. I was just overall disappointed with the customer service
Decent food. Not really the type of atmosphere I would sit down and eat in. Maybe a couple booths for a double date and a couple singles 16 to 18 people tops. But food isn't too pricey and it's decent.

Used to be my go to - yes they’ve always had slow service but the food was always good compared to others. My last experience I couldn’t even finish the house special fries rice it smelled off- I spent the night throwing up and my BF had the craps for 3 days. Def will not be returning
