Chinese Delight

these people are so mean they screamed at me because I couldn't understand her I will never come back to this place again.

I love the place it's the only Chinese I eat in the area but twice now I have received 8 shrimp in the shrimp lo mein and one other time 5 in, I ordered the same thing every time they know as soon as I walk in but it is kind of getting ridiculous I wish they would at least put like 15 that's a normal small but still going to go back.

I arrived at the restaurant and noticed the door was propped open, which immediately raised a red flag. In a food establishment, the door should be closed to prevent pests and other issues from entering. That concerned me, so I decided to check the reviews online. Almost every customer had complained about the food, but what really stood out was how the management responded to those complaints. Instead of being apologetic, they seemed defensive, offering excuses rather than addressing the concerns. Given the poor customer service and the community they serve, it’s disappointing they don’t make more of an effort. I’ve decided not to try the food and won’t be becoming a customer.

I ordered shrimp lo mein , and got my order pretty fast service was perfect, but the food no at all food was terrible and I got more veggies than actual noddles ,disgusting work won’t ever eat here again .

When I called never told me my total never thanked me for my order just simply told me 25-35 minutes and hung up. Now I am very disappointed in the food I ate Chinese delight lots of times by far this was the worst egg rolls were saturated in oil I bit into one it just gust oil all over my shirt. Crab rangoon no stuffing in them period fried dumplings they just had a funny taste and they tasted like perfume. Sugar donuts had no sugar on them and my sweet and sour sauce was real watery. Still have not tried the general tso's chicken cuz quite honestly I'm really scared to. Really really disappointed did this place change ownership? Think I'll be changing my Chinese restaurant. The only thing pleasant about this experience was my delivery driver was very nice. Get it together Chinese delight y'all have been in business a long time and quite frankly you are slipping

I have ordered a few times before an never had any issues with my food nor their service.Recently placed an order and I had to spend close to 10 minutes trying to help the delivery person with the payment machine because she did not know how to use it and it make things worst my bourbon chicken had no sauce and it had a weird sour smelled.I called them to let them know and the man kept telling me thats how they make their bourbon chicken.Keep in mind my parents,siblings and my self always order from this place and the food never has had a smell.He could clearly see my order history because he read it out to me,which means he should also know that I never called to complain about my food but he still made it seem like I was lying about how the chicken smelled.I guess there customer service is not as good as I thought.

This food made me and my whole family end up in the hospital .. with a 2 day stomach bug after I ate this food 3 hours later I ended up throwing up ended up in the hospital emergency department .. had to miss work all because I wanted some Chinese food insane I should of known better when I first walked in and the place is so hot inside I can only imagine the people cooking my food was probably sweating on top of my food the place inside is disgusting ... So mad that everyone is sick in my house including my 2 year old and I know it was the food because that was the only thing I ate all day and right after i ate it on throwing up for the next two days .. calling the health inspectors on this place this place is DISGUSTING

(This is a long one, but if you don’t want to read the whole thing yall, BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!)This is the last time I ever cheat on my go-to Chinese takeout restaurant! I wanted Chinese Food today and this was the closest location in the area I was in. It was my first time ordering here and when I entered inside, the restaurant had a smell that wasn’t great. Whatever, I took it with a grain of salt. As I’m looking for what I want to order and reading through the menu on the counter, the lady who is taking orders decides to scratch with her nails, the dried up food or something stuck off of the plastic that’s over the menus. Then after she was satisfied I guess, she wipes it down with her hands. Again, I ignore this but I’m side-eyeing her cause ew. I decided on what I wanted to order and it’s the Fried Dumplings that comes in 6 pieces and the Bourbon Chicken combination plate that comes with an egg roll. If I’m not mistaken, the rice that comes with the combination plate is supposed to be fried rice. So why I opened up the container and it’s not fried? The bourbon chicken was alright, and the egg roll that came with it was the best thing that ever came from what I ordered and that’s sad. Because egg rolls are my least favorite things. But the worst part of this whole order was the fried dumplings that I ordered. The one thing I was excited about. Chile, I opened up the container and a burnt smell came from the dumplings. In the photo provided you can see they are very much BURNT on the bottom. I tasted it and why TF is it a freaking MEATBALL on the inside?! I looked through the reviews and saw someone else also ordered the same type of dumplings and you can see it’s a freaking meatball inside them!! The same type of meatballs you get served at Baby showers!! So now I’m devastated, and everything is a bust. I think they don’t do refunds so I just took that nasty food home and gave it to whoever is brave enough to try it and eat it. Never again will I come here.

Last night at 9:10PM I ordered general Tso chicken with shrimp fried rice. I received sweet and sour chicken, which would be ok if I was not allergic to the sweet sauce. I called the store back at 11:46PM to inform them that they made a mistake. Instead of owning up to it and making it right let's say next order. The man who answered the phone rather argue and lie to me and tell me that is what I ordered. Besides from the 5 shrimp in my shrimp fried rice I threw the whole plate away. This meal cost me $31.51 to only eat 5 shrimp shaking my head. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
