25 minute wait for rice and then got the soggiest, most poorly wrapped burrito in the world. This is the worst Chipotle. Service is slow, quality of the end product is terrible. Eat at another location or anywhere else.

This Chipotle location is the absolute WORST. Save yourself a trip and go to another location. The rice bowl I ordered to go is not edible. The brown rice isn’t cooked and the chicken isn’t fresh or even warm. I threw the bowl away. It was absolutely disgusting.

Unfortunately, this chipotle location is deplorable. Chipotle is my go to so it hurts to say this but I hope this constructive feedback helps. I live near by and EVERY time I go, the employees are always upset and frustrated. Not sure if it’s management but the customer service is not there. There is no presence of management, the employees are so over it that they just talk and curse in front of all the customers about how they hate being there, especially at night. The kitchen always looks very messy and a bit unsanitary, again specially at night.This is a very central location so it’s surprising that the quality and customer service is not there.

This location along with Colonial have really gone downhill. Expect to start any visit to this location to start with a laundry list of everything they DON'T have.
The worst thing is they should bring people qualified to serve the public, this place is useless and the food has hair like a wig, I had to leave it. I don't recommend it at all, the treatment is pathetic and the presentation is horrible.

No customer service. The employees see you standing next to the mobile order shelf and can’t even say hi. There is no sense of urgency too. One of the employee stated they are understaffed. So they shouldn’t accept online orders. They close at 11. But you can’t inside after 8. They are so ratchet here. Just got to JJ kitchen or Cava or Fresh Kitchen but not chipotle. I’m done with them. They are nasty. Just gave it another try today on 03/14/23 and the employee was inside cursing and upset that people kept coming in. This location closes at 11. The employee went ahead and locked the doors at 10:05. And He kept yelling saying that he doesn’t get paid enough to deal with all of this.
