I am visiting from Minnesota.. so I have not been to this chipotle in a very long time, (many years) and I was warned that it had changed. Suggestions to drive to one further away for better service and a cleaner store. Upon my visit I found the place to be in great shape! Clean, amazingly friendly employees and my burrito bowl was a total flash back to the good old days when a bowl would feed me for at least two meals. It was full and perfect! The steak had no fatty ends that I bit into, the flavor of the steak was spot on, rice was perfect. Guac was pretty heavy on the lime.. but honestly.. that was the best Chipotle I have had in a VERY long time! Up in MN (where I live) this would have been less than half for the same price.

Delivery..... again.. no one greets you. Workers just standing there. Someone finally asks with the name is for the pickup.They go in the back, come back out and say it's not ready.But they don't communicate anything with the people in the back so they don't know that you're waiting on the order.I had to go into the back and tell them what I was waiting on and to find out the order was ready the entire time. Management really needs to teach these people how to Say hello and greet people and figure out what they need when they come in.And then what to do when a delivery person is trying to pick up an order?It slows down the process

When we asked the guy on the line for some lime juice, he asked the short dude and the short dude visibly rolled his eyes and sighed and then when he was asked again for lime juice, he just said “No”. Like he was rude and couldn’t even bother to grab some lime juice? Dawg ur the one who wanted the job 😭

If you guys are gonna stay open until 12 AM, you should actually provide the full service that you do during the day. I’m not sure what the point of staying open longer is if it’s going to just affect your customers experience. This is the third time I Go between the time of 11 PM to 11:30 PM And I experience the same exact scenario the first 2 times. I didn’t say anything because I wanted to give chipotle the benefit of the doubt and thought the workers may have been having a bad day but no, this is every time. Nobody wants to serve at this time, All of the food Doesn’t look fresh, The employees are so rude it’s like you have to beg them to get something that we’re literally paying for. They’re more worried about closing than they are providing a good customer experience. I want to go grab silverware and it was disgusting that the cleaning water that the Lady was using to clean the countertop and machine was all over the silverware. She put it on top of the trashcan for me to grab which is just so unsanitary. Who knows how long that silverware will be waiting for hundreds of more people to come grab. Absolutely unacceptable
