I came to this spot four years ago...today, if I had fake teeth I'm sure they would have fallen out...both rice hard as hell!!!! I was literally choking in the car...this is awful....the portion added to it made it worst.....if im.paying for double then serve me double.....alot of people are complaining about what goes on at chipotle...fix these issues and you would have more customers...bad experience..rice not properly cooked!!!! Probably won't digest until 3 days later...

It was horrible honestly. I was ordering here multiple times and it was never like this time. I don't know what happened. The portion got extremely small, some of the meat was not even chopped. Where is lettuce? where is cheese? Salsa? 30 dollars for what? It is unacceptable.

My mom orders queso and the crew member accidentally drops the plastic red thing they use to show someone got extra meat in the queso. My mom asks for different queso since that is discusting and has been touched by a bunch of people. And the guy goes “this queso must be used first” he straight up refuses to replace the contaminated queso.
Extremely discusting and I feel bad for the rest of the people who ordered queso that day.

The rice was so hard here it could pass as bird seeds. I eat chipotle frequently enough to know the standard taste for the majority of the product. Taste was off. Portions were half scoop sizes. Team members were just not pleasant to say the least. Our 3 meals ended up in the trash. If my entire family had the same opinion then you know it’s trash. Inedible.

The protein portion was ridiculously small—barely half a scoop, which is unacceptable considering the price. On top of that, the taste was completely off. The flavors were bland, and the quality just didn’t match what I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. It felt like they rushed through the preparation without any care. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

My order was supposed to be ready at a certain time. It was not, which I understand if it gets busy. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes to see the person making other orders and not mine. Waited another 5 minutes, I asked the cashier to please give me a refund since now I have to go back to work. They tell me the manager said since I ordered through the app, I have to use the app to get the refund. They THEN proceed to make my food. By the way, Chipotle uses the bot “Pepper” and not an actual person so it makes it very difficult. Proof that this location obviously does not care. Where’s my extra lettuce?

Absolutely horrible service every single one of the workers. Not a single hello and stood there for a bit (with no line ) while they kept prioritizing to go orders. We came in at 10:25 so there’s no excuse when it closes at 11:00. Extremely unkind.
