I had a disappointing experience at this store. The food was average, and the staff was unhelpful,they did not follow the customization instructions I provided. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.

Dear Chipotle, you suck!
2nd time this month I have ordered and get to the register and the cashier says we are out of dressing. You need to limit the amount of dressings a customer can have. Employees said college kids take it and use it for their food for the week. They are abusing the system. You need to implement a new policy or you will lose customers. If you are going to give it out with no limit make more!!!!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I’m new to the area and I have been to this location 4 times and every single time was a bad experience, the staff are never taking customers orders, every time I go here there is a line of people and no one is helping guest. Not only that 3/4 times that I’ve been there they’ve been out of food product. Honestly I hope they get audited frequently because they need to get their act up it’s a business they’re representing a brand and they are severely under performing… I will never suggest this location to anyone the chipotle off of East Colonial has way better service.

I’ve never had so much problems at chipotle except this one, no one here is ever listening. I ask for light beans and women there puts not only a normal serving but extra to get a reaction from me or something. I was done going there when I asked the guy for lettuce and gave me tomatoes, he told me there was nothing he could do about it and I just walked away. Yall can keep yall food lmfao.

I ordered my plate with rice and steak, he gave me a small portion of meat because he ran out, I asked him to finish adding it and he only went around and with the same little meat, the tables were dirty, the cans with garbage at the bottom maximum capacity! Those dishes were already on the floor…the place was very unhygienic.

The workers don’t care about their job you can tell as soon as you get to the front line today I go in around 6:30 PM I tell the young lady at the front I want a bowl to go brown rice pinto beans chicken I pay extra for the brisket as soon as she put the brisket she doesn’t even take a full portion as she did for the chicken I kindly asked her hey can you please just give me a full portion like you did the chicken she gets upset at me like I am crazy slides my bowl down the line and walk off the next work comes and asks me is everything okay I kindly AGAIN explain myself all I want is the full portion that I should be getting because I am paying $18+ he says this “ that is a full portion I saw her put it in” the funny part is this guy isn’t even near us to even see if she did or did not. It gets worse from here, unfortunately, he grabs a plastic cup the ones where they put sour cream on the side and he told me I can show you I was like yes please show me as I pull out my phone to record him I also forgot to mention I ASKED FOR A MANAGER he SAID he was the MANAGER which I 100% believe is lying so he takes a spoon puts it back on top of my bowl and picks up all the brisket to put it on the plastic cup to show me that it is a portion. Yeah, he did that !!! I have the video I never knew in my life you could measure a serving of chicken or brisket by putting it in a plastic little cup from my understanding the SPOON should have been filled worst experience in my life as I walked out everyone laughed. His name is Noah by the way!!!!

I just wanted to come on here and let ALL of you know the two young men who served me today were WONDERFUL! The young man with a beard and a man bun deserves a raise. He was so kind to me and other chipotlers. He truly is going above and beyond. The young man next to him was also SO king! My burrito size was DELECTABLE and all the flavors really melted together beautifully. Thank you chipotle evening shift workers of January 13th, you are seen, you are heard, and I am holding space for YOU.

I cannot imagine how much money Chipotle is making when they charge a fixed price for a menu item but do not have the ingredients so you just "bite the bullet" and go without but still pay the full, set price. This happened with cheese at around 530pm the other day. I was told there would be no cheese for the rest of the day, till close. Even if this is related to some extra out of the ordinary situation, why does this happen at every Chipotle I go to for the last few years. They are always out of something whether it be steak, guacamole, etc etc.

What a bunch of rubbish. The food I received today was absolutely unacceptable. The burrito was so tiny that my son was still hungry afterward. How can you sell something so small for $12? It only had meat in it, and it was so small it fit in the palm of my hand—I've never seen a burrito this size before. As for the rice bowl, you really need to train your staff on how to prepare rice properly it was undercook, who eats undercook rice. I could have gone to Fresh Kitchen and gotten a much better meal without needing to buy more food afterward.
A refund is necessary because I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
To avoid back-and-forth emails, I’m attaching the receipts. Since this was done online, this is the only receipt you provided.
Perhaps a boycott of Chipotle is necessary; once they start losing money, they may take our concerns seriously. This situation is completely unacceptable.

The rice was practically drenched in salt - it was gross to eat, but didn’t want waste the money I spent. If you’re near UCF, you’re better off going to the one in Waterford - I won’t be eating at this one again.
