I have to give a shout out to Will who works at this location. I pre-ordered my meal at the wrong location when I showed up to pick up my food from Will. I was so frustrated with myself! Besides wasting my money at a location I didn’t have time to drive to, I was out on my dinner. Will, completely unexpectedly, paid for my new meal as I was waited through the line to re-order my meal! I almost cried! I have never witnessed or expected such incredible kindness! Thank you Will, I appreciate you!

This was the absolute worst chipotle I've ever stepped into! The portions were a joke, meat was half portions compared to other locations. Garnish was even worse, asked for a little more lettuce bc I was given 5 shreds, guy literally baby pinched 2 more shreds 🤣🤦‍♀️ 2 people working 1 register, and dining room was trashed. Garbage cans overflowing on the floor, and EVERY table dirty. This location needs some training

Every time I walk in and see Willie behind the counter I know it’s gonna be a good day. Friendly service and foods always perfect.

If I could give service less, I would. I paid over $80 for family members. I was charged extra and we didn’t get what we ordered. Manager gave me meat only after persistence that I paid for Carne Asada.

Usually don't write reviews and I love chipotle, but damn this location missed. Came in excited to grab some grub and got out ready to head to bed hungry. Gave out the skimpiest portions and rice was also undercooked and very hard.

Never has carne asada. Every time I come in they say they’re out. they don’t even give you the option to wait for the next batch. It has happened 3 consecutive times. Don’t bother coming to this location

Half the dining room wasn’t set up with no utensils or napkins available. Customer service is near non existent here. With the worker covering online orders rolling his eyes repeatedly at my friends and I. He also ignored us multiple times while making eye contact with us. Men’s bathroom was also atrocious and needed attention. Overall unacceptable condition for a restaurant to be especially this close to campus. Only saving quality is that Chipotle’s food is edible anywhere you go.

Grandsons favorite restaurant. However they need to be more consistent with each customers order. Some employees have smaller servings.need specific spons, cups when scooping meats, side offerings, etc..

always the world’s longest line, and they under fill absolutely everything so i can’t even do a mobile order to try and save time. they fill the bowl halfway at best and always have the worst attitudes and have zero urgency even if the line is out the door. i don’t want to wait in a line for half an hour to even place my order whilst watching the employees talk to each other and meander, not even as though they’re waiting on food. i’m not paying $13 for a bowl that is genuinely half empty, so i have to wait in a line where all the employees roll their eyes and stare blankly at a wall just to get my money’s worth. i’ve worked in food and fast food for years and never have seen a group of people so unmotivated to simply do their job. if i was waiting this long and was at least getting quality or seeing the sense of urgency in their movements, i would absolutely never complain because i get it. however, when im seeing laziness and not getting what i asked for nor what i paid for, i lose that patience and grace.

This used to be my go-to spot, but a few months ago, the chicken got ~4x saltier than normal. I stopped going for a while and recently tried it again only to find that it's even saltier (~5x now). Only go to this location if you like your food saltier than the dead sea.

Chipotle serves food that is fresh, served quickly and is enjoyable. All that for a reasonable price. I found it amusing that I was asked to rate the atmosphere of the restaurant. The best I can think of is industrial cafeteria decor.
